Update 3/23: These issues should have all been resolved, so this topic is getting locked. If you have issues with your avatar or are still seeing broken images, please post here: Wardrobe+Avatar Problems: FIRST POST UPDATED 5/9
If you have Saved Avatars that are broken images: Please post the broken avatars on this topic. (You can use the sCode found from inside the wardrobe, or just give me the ID number.)
If your avatar is a broken image: Try the Cache clearing instructions below to resolve it. If it's still broken, post here and we will fix it for you manually. Once we've fixed it, we'll ping you to let you know. You may need to follow the cache clearing instructions again before the fix shows up.
<ol>
<li>Go to the wardrobe and click "Wear Now"</li>
<li>Clear your browser cache.</li>
<li>Hard refresh the avatar image.
Please do not post here unless your avatar is a broken image.

tried instructions above a couple of times & still no luck! would appreciate some help with it, please c:
Whenever I try to change my HA the "wearing on site" message never comes up as if it doesn't process that I've clicked it. I've tried clearing my cache and I've tried on both my mobile phone and desktop with no results :(. Whenever I save things to shared outfits that works perfectly fine though

Ive done what bug says, taken all my clothes off in the wardrobe,clicked wear on site,closed it down,restarted, deleted all my history in Chrome, Ive checked with V.I.P and I've got something going on, I bought boobitis last night twice after it disappeared the first time, and Ive still not got a notification,not can I see anything on my body [it starts on my chest hence the nudity lol]
Also I cant see my HA when I go to the healer? Is it just a case of waiting?
Oh and I can go to skitters zombie den to buy things.
I know its a mess and Im sorry to add to it all. thank you for any help and all the work that staff are doing.
cleared my cache but my yule hair is still not showing up outside of the wardrobe help please
Hi! My virus strain still isn't showing up in the wardrobe after I cleared the cache.
Viruses (and hexes in general) do not show in the wardrobe.

Sorry to call you here, but Im sorted now, it all happened very fast, I got the notification, I got bitten and rasputina messaged me on my ticket about it all, so Im cooking nicely now thank you.
Can I say how much we appreciate your hard work on it all, this site works so well together, look how people are biting like mad now to get people caught up!

I think my HA is still borked with the X. I've tried your instructions a few times to no avail
i broke mine again ;; my virus stopped showing up so i tried to fix it with a cache clear and now we're back to broken image. i'm so sorry D:
I am having same issue as Amie from the first page of this thread, I tried your instructions with no luck. Plz help! I think issue started after purchase 2019 virus last night. Because of issues, they said undo virus site wide, so I did that just now no luck.
My HA is broken and I just signed on from a year hiatus :/ I've had Freckle Fever since 2010

Thanks! i also went and removed HA off dashboard, saved setting. Then added HA and saved settings. So HA is back, thank you helping!!!
If I inspect my HA image on my profile (https://subeta.net/slib/avatar.php/230666), I get a 404: Not Found The requested URL /slib/avatar.php/230666 was not found on this server.
If I inspect my HA on the forum (https://sapi.subeta.net/avatar/230666.png and https://sapi.subeta.net/avatar/230666.png?x=1549274484), I get a 500: 500 Whoops, something went wrong on our servers.
Tried pressing "Wear now" in the wardrobe, even adding and removing some items. Did a hard refresh on my profile, but that didn't help. Didn't clear all of my browser cache yet, but if the server is throwing 404 and 500, then I doubt it's my cache?
