I've tried following the instructions above twice, but no luck.

Thanks for the quick reply! I still had some issues getting my HA to show up after you fixed it. Deleted my cache, added more items in the wardrobe and hard refreshed a couple of times, but nothing seemed to help. I went to bed and today it seems to be showing up again. I don't know what triggered it, but it's fixed, thanks :D

Urgh, I got to the last stage of this virus but it's not unlocking, and my avatar in the wardrobe doesn't show the skin. I made a ticket but accidentally sent 3 of them. Please help me, it's late and I want to start a new virus before I go to bed.

My HA will not show up in Wardrobe, save outfit does not show up either! I have Google Chrome. I have rebooted my computer, logged out of Subeta. Nothing works. It does not work on my tablet either. Image shows up on Subeta for others. Can not take off clothes or add outfits

Is there anything specific we should do if there's no option to "Wear" after clearing our HA?

My HA is definitely broken. Nothing I have done has fixed it, but I also had two strains (Green and Yellow), so that may be why? I'd prefer to keep Green, but if I have to start over, that is ok.

my image is broken and I've tried to load my wardrobe which has been not working most of the day, but it wont load so I can't resave it to try that method. In fact only been able to get a presaved ha up all day, its not giving me an avatar option until i do so so. But not now, just sits there. Not sure if it's related but kissing has been iffy for me all day too. I did clear my browser and try a hard refresh with no luck [edit] and now its back as I post o.0
