If you have Saved Avatars that are broken images: Please post the broken avatars on this topic. (You can use the sCode found from inside the wardrobe, or just give me the ID number.)

If your avatar is a broken image: Try the Cache clearing instructions below to resolve it. If it's still broken, post here and we will fix it for you manually. Once we've fixed it, we'll ping you to let you know. You may need to follow the cache clearing instructions again before the fix shows up.

Fixed for you! You've now only got the Green strain.

There was a small bug in some code just deployed that broke all avatars across the site. A fix was immediately deployed and just took effect.

I am trying to keep an eye on this board to help out as well and I can't do a lot of the other fixes so its all good! You are no bother! You are all fixed up!

If your devices are showing different images at the exact same URL, unfortunately that is a browser cache issue and not something we can fix from our end.

Could you please let me know which saved outfits are broken? You can use the sCode to post them here, or just give me the ID numbers (which are the numbers inside the sCode)

This isn't a glitch, it's just how the virus looks at that stage.
