I've tried clearing my cache, taking it off/then putting it back on, playing with the layers, saving with and without it while waiting a few minutes between each save. I know sometimes the cache on the site can take awhile to update but I've had this issues for a couple days now. Nothing seems to make the White Pearl Garland appear outside of the decoration page itself. I'd love to be able to see it on my tree elsewhere on the site and any help is much appreciated. ^^

P.S. I had also submitted a ticket and was told to post here :)
