sorry i did not know exactly what to do with this issue, post on forum (if so, where) or here (again, not sure under "what" hehe) but maybe someone can advise Bug for me about this:

my tree does not show up correctly on my profile, everything is placed differently from the page where you save!

(notice how, let's say, the tree skirts are all wrong, compare sushi ornament placement from good tree to bad tree etc. to see what i mean)

now, i've removed that part of my profile coding temporarily just to see if it was causing this (tho, it is the same code from last year and i never has this issue) and it was the same even without my edits, even in "tiny" version etc. 😢 i resaved as few times to and cleared cache, in vain

((just came back to add this info: even in my Status, where i put the tree code ((tree=elka)) even tho its super tiny you can see even there things are not placed correctly btw if that helps understand what's going on))

Thank you Sierra for keeping me posted! Worst comes to worst I can reset it, but I will wait a bit to hear back from coders, hopefully finding a solution, but do let me know if they need me to try some things out ♥️

Update: Ok this is really not fun anymore 😢 I can confirm it is site-related because other users have confirmed to me, my tree is completely evil/broken! I have resetted it today and made a new one, and now, every couple of minutes, it... changes?! Sometimes it's empty, sometimes 1 or 2 things show up only, at some point even the one I made at 00:05 on start of Lumi comes back... 😔

I'm so sorry that you tree still isn't behaving. Unfortunately I haven't received an update for you yet but I'll check with them again.

Can you give me comparison screenshots of your new tree like you did with the previous one?

Thank you for responding again Sierra! The tree you see now on my profile is the right one, as it finally stabilized after a few hours. I think I understand a bit more what is going on. In order to make sure I wouldn't be losing progress, I saved every few minutes. Due to some site mega-lag or chrono issues or whatever, it would then take a while to show up. Remember when we had the HA rollover bug for a long time? Pretty much like that. However, that still doesn't explain how the one from 3 days ago would randomly show up between all the other versions tho, and how items were misaligned on it, neither how some some items just refuse to show at all now (ie.: White Tree Skirt, which was placed incorrectly on my older tree and that just won't appear at all on this new tree now u_u) These are all the updates I can think to be useful as of now. Thank you! 😊

Well I'm glad to hear that your tree is behaving with the ornament aligning.

As far as it flipping between your current tree and the older version, that is most likely a caching issue. I've refreshed on your tree for several minutes and so far I haven't had it change to another tree. Is it still doing it for you?

Are you still having an issue with ornaments/rugs not showing on it? If so, have you tried removing these items from you ornament inventory and adding them back to see that resolve the issue?

I have removed the white tree skirt and put it back in (inventory). At first it didn't show up still. After I re-cleared cache it showed up on the decorating page, and then I put in on the tree & saved... That's at around 7 pm I think? It's passed midnight now and it is nowhere to be found on my profile. (Do you see it on your end?)

Yes, I can see it on your tree slightly peeking out from behind the presents (above the blue present with the gold ribbon).

Ah okay. I was unable to see that on your current tree due to the presents covering most of the tree skirt.

I got your ping to the Topic: Ornaments slightly off?. I actually had not seen that topic before now so didn't know this was happening for any one else, so my apologies on that.

Since there is nothing further that I can do regarding this issue, I have reached out to Bug to see if he would like me to transfer your ticket over to him so he can discuss the issue with you directly, or if the issue will be dealt with via that thread. So I'll get back to you just as soon as I hear back from him about it. 😊

Alright, apparently it isn't Bug who is exclusively working on debugging this issue. So just go ahead and keep an eye on that thread for updates on the issue. Hopefully they will have this sorted out shortly! 😊
