You may need to look at this in the wardrobe and use the on/off tab to see how a couple of the items have an impact on the overall look due to layering. No item was applied just to pad out the price. For example, the White Haircut Shears where they are applied touch up the effect of the skull toward the outer edges, giving the 'cheeks' more of a hollow appearance.
