Nope, I always pick the winners based on my own aesthetic, layering, and item coordination~! If the winner was based on the number then it would be easy to just see who has already entered and one-up them (or one-down them in this case, lol). Plus I'll specify in the How to Win section if the way to win is different.
BTW, I really love your current HA!! I see that incense, is it an entry for stimulate this week?

And thank you for the comment on my HA! I don't usually participate in the stimulate events so I wasn't even aware about the incense, it was mostly to add a little more effect to my angel. I'll go ahead and see about entering him for this week now that you've mentioned it.
