want to get something off my chest... Going back to Canada next week and I’m already dreading the long plane flight... 13 hr flight :( why does the world have to be so big..

13 hours is a long time, that´s for sure! Don´t you like flying per se, then? ^-^ I like the feeling of flying yet it staggers my imagination when thinking about the fact that I am that high above solid earth. If I do so, I am getting nervous.

Wow, that is a long haul! The longest flight I’ve ever been on was New York City to Seoul. I suggest skincare, nice socks, and comfortable headphones/earbuds. Good luck. c:

That sounds wonderful! We always spend three weeks in summer in Sylt, a Germany island way north bordering Denmark.

I would LOVE to visit Canada. I never were to the USA mainland, too, only the Hawaiian islands.

I honeymooned in Victoria/Vancouver Canada back in 1990 and revisited in 2000 and 2009. I would love to visit other parts of Canada.
I would like to visit Korea one day. Hooked on their dramas. I have been to Japan though. Would like to visit China too.

I've never been on a plane either. I'm unsure about doing so cause of those agents who check you at the gate. There have been...some uncomfortable situations going on in that area that make me nervous.

I've been to France and England. I would love to visit all of Europe... one year at a time. Or maybe two in a year. I definitely need to update my passport photo... OMG... I'm not at my prettiest. LOL. XD

My snake is now full grown, so I spent basically all of yesterday upgrading his tank. The humidity, heating, and lighting are now all automatically controlled! I think I threw out my back getting the new 40-gallon monster-of-a-tank up a flight of stairs, but I'm so thrilled with the result! c:

The last plane ride I took I had my cat with me. It's always a struggle to get him through security, but once that's over, it's pretty stress-free (for both of us)!

We take our cats with us for the vacations, too, yet only if we go by car. Which we mostly do nowadays so we can take them. We have 4 and only 2 would be allowed in the passenger room of the plane, the other 2 would have to sit in transport. That´s too dangerous.

I agree! I would be so stressed having my cat sit in transport; I imagine he would be too. His first plane ride was when I brought him home for Christmas when he was a kitten; the gate agents confused him for a bunny lol! Do you have a favorite place to travel with your cats? c:

So he is a bred cat? I have 3 Balinese cats and a Norwegian Forest cat, 2 bred, 1 gift, 1 rescue. All of them are very affectionate and would die in transport, I am sure of it.

Yes, we are going to Sylt each year (sounds boring yet its a beautiful island in the north of Germany). The cats knew the house we´re renting there for the vacations and its like home for them so no stress.

So I have to go up there in a month or so and start looking at houses. I'm excited for the plane ride though!
