I've been on many, many plane flights. When I was young (in the 1970s) plane flights were very painful - the passenger compartment wasn't fully pressurized so it caused horrible ear aches. I hated it!

In my 20s I had a job that involved flying various places to teach computer classes (in the 1990s). Plane flights were much better (cabin was pressurized well) but due to the recirculation of air, it often spread illnesses (if anyone on the plane had a respiratory virus, everyone on the plane was exposed) so I frequently caught a cold or even flu while flying then. I often taught those classes while "high" on Dayquil 💙

I haven't flown much recently, but every couple of years I still have occasion to take a flight. Usually for a vacation or visit to relatives. The last time was last October when I went to Nashville.

As for weddings, I haven't been to many. A few in my childhood of various relatives, then my own, those of a few of my friends and my husband's friends, and my sister's and my brother's. All seemed nice. I wasn't ever a member of anyone's wedding party as a bridesmaid or maid of honor, though I was a flower girl when I was very young at my uncle's wedding (which I barely remember -- mostly I remember how much I liked the dress!)

The planning can be very involved but all of the ones I've been to have not been of that sort. Instead I associate that kind of overzealous planning with TV shows and movies - since I haven't seen it in real life. You have to take it easy and be flexible when planning events - that's what I've seen people do, fortunately.

, I am unsure of what I want. Right now we live in a neighborhood and close to town and shopping/beaches/parks. We are 40 mins away from Orlando and the major theme parks. It is going to be a big change. I grew up in Michigan and loved it, but that all changed when we moved down here. I LOVE Florida and am going to miss it tremendously. We talk about staying here and my husband travel back and forth but it just doesnt seem logical. It is to much distance. I know I want a big kitchen. We are just looking at all properties our realtor sends our way.

I think the most memorable thing I did was visit Hiroshima, where my mom was at the time when the bomb was dropped. So, that was very moving to me. All of Japan was awesome, riding the trains, shopping (OMG) and food. Would love to go back but there are so many countries I would love to visit before I do a revisit!

So you are working with the hair salon, then? I was never good with it. I hope the handling improves over time so it gets much more easy to do highlights and such.
