Hi! Sorry if this is in the wrong area, I wasn't entirely sure where I should post it. I've been having some trouble with broken item images on just about everything. I cannot preview any wearables, it remains blank with a small box with an X at the top. Is anyone else having this problem? I've redone my avatar several times and converted it, but still running into this. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

yes I am, I've used Firefox and chrome on 2 different computers and on my phone as well. Thank you for responding!

I appreciate it. I do not currently have ad blockers on my phone, where I still experience the problem. I do however have it on my computer, but will try and remove it to see if that changes anything.

I know this is an older thread, but I wanted to mention that this has been happening for me since account creation as well. Some groups of items (shoes, bracelets, rings, some wigs) do show up in the preview, but with no avatar. I have never been able to view any torso items. I am using Chrome on Windows 10. I tried turning my Ad Block off and clearing my cache, but it didn't seem to do anything.

Unfortunately all I can do on my end is report it. If I hear anything I will let you know.

Item previews are broken for me on forum posts. Using Chrome

I have the same problem, just some kind of itens shows up to me, but there's a lot that doesn't show up and the ones who shows don't have the avatar image with them. My friend who have a really old account tried to log in in the same computer I use on firefox and all the item's previews shows for him with avatar and everything, so I guess the problem is with my account.

I know that this has already been reported, but I am also having this issue. I'm using Chrome on Windows 10 but have also tried Firefox with no extensions. I've attempted converting my avatar and resetting it to default. I've also tried clearing my history, cache, and cookies but nothing works.

Also having the same problem... using my iPad. It works on hair, eyes, lips, shoes, handheld Items, and SOME backgrounds but I hardly ever see tops, bottoms, or dresses.

The questions I asked above though, answers would still be helpful! I notice someone on the other thread posted some of the broken image URLs, it would definitely help to see if the users here are experiencing the same thing.

Hey there! So 1) it does happen with the same items each time, which are usually pants, tops, & dresses 2) I'm just having trouble with the item hovers, everywhere else is fine. 3) for me it's https, and I also use an IPad if that helps.

Here's an example of a preview that isn't working for me:

When I attempt to go to the url I end up at a page that says this:

1. It's always the same items.
2. It's only item hovers.
3. Subeta is always https.

Also, even when an item DOES show up, my avatar never does.

Huh, your avatar never shows up ever? Do you think you can try and get me the broken image URL it's trying to use for your avatar base in these previews?
