Yes this is the same issue, and I also have never seen my avatar in the previews.

Here are some examples of what an item that doesn't show up looks like, what the copied link (https://img.subeta.net/avatars2/_head_motherearthwig.png) shows for me, and what an item that does show up, but without the HA base looks like.

For your questions:

1. Does this happen to the same items each time, or is it random (like one day an item will be broken, but later that same item will work) Same item every single time.
2. Do you see the wearable images broken anywhere other than item hovers (for example, when using the wardrobe) Everything works fine when using the wardrobe and it shows up on my avatar on forums etc fine. Here are some examples of this happening:

: Yes, it does seem to be the same problem. There are a ton of items it doesn't show up for, though it is most often chest, body, bottom, legs, those sorts of things (do you really want me to include every url I've seen it happen on, because that'll be a mile-long list and I'd have to go find them again?), and at times, it happens with items in other slots, just not as often.

1. It happens with the same items every time--if something showed up the first time I scrolled over it, the item will always appear, but if it didn't the first time, it won't start showing up. Edit/Note: I tried to look up the item url for the Lemon Bubble Sweater (incidentally, I can't see the item, let alone my avatar) and it gave me this text:

404 Not Found

3. Every Subeta page I've ever been on has an 'https' in front of it.

Since this data is now being moved to this thread, I'll also say this is on Windows 7 and Firefox, with all of the same settings my sister uses, but hers show up and mine don't. Furthermore, like a few others have noted, even when an item appears, the human avatar doesn't.
