Issue with previews not appearing

I had opened a ticket and tried several methods with a staff member to resolve this issue, and we were only able to resolve half of it, so she recommended that I post the other half of it here.

First, my sister and I both use the same computer (OS Windows 7) and browser (Firefox), settings the same, and we both play this game. I have the issue, but she doesn't. When I checked Chrome (which is in its most current release as far as I know, but that was some time ago), the problem remained.

So, here's the problem: both my avatar's body and some of the items on the site aren't appearing when I scan/mouse over them in my inventory, the shops where the scan function works, gifts from the gift shop, and player shops. This is random, happens with some items and not others, but I can cite 5 definite items in Medicontra which don't appear, while others do (Tension Bandage (Hips)/Tension Bandage (Chest)/Blue Hospital Gown/Dotted Hospital Gown/Green Hospital Gown). In this case, the other four types of tension bandages DO appear, but my avatar body doesn't. I could make the list much longer, but that would mean going through the whole site, so I'm just using these as my example. In addition, there's an icon on the top left corner which I recognize as meaning the image should be there but isn't, REGARDLESS of whether the item image is present or not (maybe that's because my avatar body image never loads?).

With the staff member who helped me with my ticket, we tried clearing the cache and cookies (5 times at least), making sure my browser accepts cookies (it does), resetting the avatar in the wardrobe (this fixed the issue with the wardrobe, but not the rest of the items on the main site), and, as I mentioned, testing the alternate browser.

If anything else is needed to handle this, please let me know!
