The challenge is to RP your team's ride in the Shishin Rickshaw Race. Don't forget to include aspects of the trail as described.

The puzzles are worth 100 each for a possible 500, and the RP is also worth 500.

BONUS: Tsu Tze has mentioned that she's an air Gumi. If the other elemental Gumi need to be summoned for the lake section, what or who would they be, and, if Tzu Tze's smoke is white, what would be the colors of their pipes? Bonus=100

For those who have never experienced Nonograms, here is a really good tutorial.

Are we supposed to be riding in the rickshaws, or pulling them? And the puzzles are a separate challenge, right, no bearing on the race? Thanks very much for the link. For some reason nonograms have always confused me terribly. ^.^

.. I'm glad it was asked, had assumed we were riding and pulling. Do we know who is pulling? Can companions if we wish?

The Shishin are pulling.

I guess this wasn't clear enough in the chapter post, but when the Shishin were waiting with your rickshaws and shouting, "we race!" they meant it. Each one of your team gets into a rickshaw with a Shishin pulling and they race down the hill following your directions. They want to win, too. It's a race, just like the chapter title says. :D

nonograms, or hanjie, as I know them are some of my favourite puzzles :)

I want my shishin to drink lots of V-8...get it? Har har...V-8...oh, never mind. Nonograms are evil. "No-no" grams.

Ohman I love nonograms! I play them daily. Cant wait for this. I just hope I have time to do a good rp for my team ;)

Since I'm an army of one can our lovely faerie whip up some shadows for me to race?

It's not a "race" if it's just me, but me with 6 shadows each matching the shinsins colour could be fun :)

"Oh, that's easy," smiles Tsu Tze. She runs back to whisper to the Master. He laughs, then claps his hands together three times.

From the nearby brush, the other Horangi Guardians emerge, clad in travel robes of many colors. They're ramrod in posture and they're not smiling, but they're not growling either.

"Go ahead and use as many Guardians as you need," says the Master cheerfully.

One of the Shishin groans audibly. "Oh, no, not supervision!"
