Welcome to "Talk To Me, I'm Bored!" As the name implies, I'm very bored and want to talk to people. Now I know what you're thinking, "There's already a bunch of topics you can just post in." I know... I tried to post in them but I just couldn't bring myself to post in already created threads as I felt it would be an intrusion and I found myself a bit shy. So here I am making a topic myself, and asking people to "intrude" on said topic and talk to me! Makes about as much sense as what Nintendo did to the Paper Mario series when they turned it into an action adventure series when it was previously an rpg series. Weird video game analogies aside, let me introduce myself.

So you might've noticed how my username on here is Zandys, well... Don't call me that. Lol. To ping me yes use my username, but please, call me Luna. It's the name I've used on the interwebs for a long time. Not too long mind you, I'm only 22. Lol. Speaking of the interwebs, I've been on other sites similar to Subeta before. Ernya, Solia, Neopets and Gaia to name a few. The one I stayed in the longest was Gaia but now I only get on occasionally because of how greedy and troll infested it has become. My dear friend (convenient way to ping you muahahahaha!) told me about this site not too long ago. As such I'm fairly new to this website but I enjoy the freedom it gives it's users when it comes to avatar customization. The fact that I'm able to make new things out of several other things by layering them on top of each other in a certain way, is a freedom not even Gaia granted. Trust me, I tried. Always ended up with some green gunk on my avatar that was hard to get rid of unless I got rid of the items that caused it in the first place. Anyways enough about my online escapades, let's talk interests. If my weird video game analogy wasn't a big enough clue, then this should just outright confirm my love of video games. I like pretty much any genre except for RTS games. I just... I can't figure them out and I just get bored by them. Some of my absolute favorite series have to be GTA, Paper Mario (Pre Sticker Star shudders), Halo, Watch_Dogs, Assassin's Creed, 3D Mario Platformers there's many more but if you want to know specifics, just ask. I enjoy writing though I don't consider myself any good at it and I also enjoy reading, try the UnWind Dystology by Neal Shusterman if you haven't already. You won't be disappointed. Well... Hopefully not. Lol. It's one of my absolutely favorite series ever. I also draw but again, don't think I'm all that good. Charnex definitely draws better than I do. I also like to admire other peoples art. Anyways that's as much as I care to write on here. Congrats if you've made it this far! Here's a cookie! ^.^

I can totally relate to how you feel about not wanting to intrude on other posts and being shy. Trying to work on it though, might as well as start here. I've been on subeta for 9 years, so if you need anything, just let me know! I'm more than happy to help.

Since we're going by real names, feel free to call me Ashley or Ash. I'm 26, almost 27 ( where does the time go? ?) and it case it's not obvious by my username, I'm interested in all things forensic. I'm actually going to school studying forensic science. Unfortunately once school starts, free time is going to be pretty much nonexistent for me, so getting as much done on subeta as I can.

Hello! I hope you don't mind a newbie in the thread. I'm well established on Gaia and Syndroneonline. Which you should check out Syndrone, it needs traffic bad lol. The avatars are a bit friggy sometimes, but it's getting there. =w =;; Everyone's really, really nice though.

I also love videogames! I'm just getting back into playing little flash games. If you wanna impart some knowledge about cute items on this site please feel free to share with me? I love black/red but I can't make myself look not emo with the items provided... =w =

You can call me Zal/Zombie, some people just call me Z too. Whatever you like. I'm a Canadian and I do talk about instant mac and cheese far too much. I might even have it for supper... =w =

: That's absolutely incredible! I didn't find out about this website till last week. >.> Prior to this, I had been a long time gaian since 2006. I still occasionally go on it but it's had some changes I don't agree with. Mainly the huge emphasis on gold gens. It's made gold on there practically worthless. >.> There's actually one thing I haven't quite figured out. I sometimes get giftboxes from people but I'm not really sure how I would go about sending a gift box to others. >.> I'm such a noob, I know. XD

Ok then! Ash it is! XD I know how you feel girl. Due to some financial problems my family had, I wasn't able to finish school the conventional way so now I'm stuck taking some GED prep classes so that I can ensure I ace my GED tests. Thankfully I'm on my last one (Math), sadly it's my worst subject. >.> I then plan to go and pursue further education, to maybe become an ethical hacker. Basically it's a white hat hacker that gets paid to hack companies security and tell them how to improve their online security. I'm not entirely sure yet though since I also really like writing and kinda want to try video game design.

: Not at all! I'm a newbie here myself. Friend introduced me to this website just last week. Hadn't made any progress when it comes to friend making though, so I decided to rectify that by making my own thread. Lol. Oh are you now? Well my username on there is iLunar Star if you feel like adding me on there. I vaguely remember hearing of Syndrone but haven't actually looked into it. What's that website like?

Any good flash games you recommend? Well being new myself I'm not entirely too familiar with items on here either. >.> I'd say use subetalodge to search for items with the colors you're interested in maybe? That's how I've managed to build a decent wishlist of things. If you're looking to buy things, the user Eye has a shop where she has huge discounts on things since she plans on quitting soon. You can snag great deals on some really nice items there. Practically everything on my avatar at the moment is from her shop. XD Save for a few things my friend gave me, like the hair. You can also try posting in giveaway threads as they give out things that may prove useful for your avie making endeavors.

Z reminds me of this character from an online comic I used to read. XD Z it is. Oooh I've met my fair share of Canadians when I worked as a cashier at Walmart. They were all very nice and polite. I take it it's one of your favorite things to eat? I really like pizza. Could probably live off of it. XD

Oh, nice. NEWBIE FRIENDS. I like the Elder Scrolls series, with Skyrim being my least favourite (though I still liked it) and Arena and Daggerfall not counting because I couldn't get Arena to function for long enough at a time to play it, and that made me give up on Daggerfall. I understand the anxiety, except I had the opposite, where I didn't wanna intrude by carving out my own niche. I'd rather squish into someone else's. I'm never on Gaia so adding you would be pretty pointless, honestly xD Syndrone is more forum based, they JUST added a flash game (x's and o's but with innuendos?) and it's pretty friendly. There's some... pretty intense tumblrinas there, but other than that, it's generally friendly. You can also interact with the site owner often enough, and he takes LOTS of feedback. I used to be a volunteer moderator (for about a month and a half, I got too busy) and all the staff are really nice. There's been problems with it shutting down, but every remnant of the old staff are gone, so this time it really wouldn't be the staff fucking up, but we're worried about a lack of interest shutting the site down anyway.

But, enough about Syn. Makes me a little wistful and rambly. I really like that Burrero game and the Makla's Jewels or whatever. I've only had my account since Friday night xD I just spam quests and then spend my daily 2.7mil or so on whatever.

Uh... That sort of remind me of Hanna is Not a Boy's Name, actually! Canadians are generally pretty nice, the ones who travel are usually nice anyway. I live in an area you could consider not so nice... Except I guess I only had one person insult me when I was walking around to get food in my cosplay. We also almost saw like 12 drunk guys get in a fistfight on Canada Day xD It was stupid as shit. Kfart Dinner is a staple food. I thin kCanadians are like the second largest instant mac and cheese consumers in the world? And the third largest ketchup consumers. Everyone be loving their got damn kraft dinner and ketchup. Which I think is nasty business. Kraft Dinner and hot dogs is where it's at. Do you live near the border? And I agree, pizza is amazing. Dominos here has half price on mondays so we'll get a cheap pizza and $3 garlic fingers.

Hello ,

I was going to make something like this then I saw your board and was like 'sure, why not'. There's a lot of talking in some of these threads, but I feel the same way, like I'm intruding if I say hello at random. I'd love to hear more about books I've never heard of, as I'm trying to get more into reading to help with my writing.

I am checking out Syndrone like right now. Just joined.

Also wow your avatar is really pretty. I love the colours.

: I really enjoy the Elder Scrolls series as well! I'm new to the series so I've only played Oblivion and Skyrim but really enjoy them both. Kinda suck at hunting dragons in Skyrim though. >.> Even with my shouts. >.> I'm a huge fan of Dishonored, don't know if you've tried it but if you haven't, you really should. Also really into Halo and unlike everyone else, approve of COD's move to becoming more akin to Halo with Infinite Warfare. Lol. This years E3 really made me regret getting a Wii U instead of a PS4 or Xbox One. (I want to play We The Happy Few so badly!) >.> Nintendo has really let me down... Well then it's great that you posted here! XD I hope we can become great friends! I actually tried to make an account on Syndrone yesterday but couldn't really figure out why my password wasn't working. >.> I may try to make one again today though. Lol the presence of tumblr is everywhere. XD I myself am a tumblr user but seldom go on anymore. Being a mod must've been tiring no? Atleast maybe on gaia where trolls abound. >.> Man gaia used to be so fun back in the day... Have they tried to advertise the site on other websites? That could help it gain interest among others. Ofcourse I imagine it's quite costly.

I forgot to mention it but if you go type subetalodge vending machines, it will take you to a page on subetalodge that directly links you to all the vending machines in subeta where you use 2 wizard tokens per try to get clothing, beanbags, plushies etc that you can either keep or sell for sp. So that may help you out a bit as well. You might want to give your pet a job if you haven't already as well as that gives you some extra sp daily and the sp given increases the more your pet gets promoted. I myself am trying to save up for any lolita things I see since I really like the lolita style. Lol. Those tend to be more costly though.

Ooooh you enjoy cosplaying? Cosplayers from all over come here once a year for one of the conventions held. I believe it's Comicon but don't quote me on that. XD I see people in like furry outfits and dressed as anime and video game characters all the time during summer time. It's great. I want to try going one year with a friend of mine. Presently I live in Florida but I've lived all over the East Coast of the US all the way up to New York. It's kinda sad you got laughed at in this day and age for wearing a cosplay outfit. I would've taken a picture with you instead! ^.^ Wow one of the highest Ketchup and Mac and Cheese consumers in the world? I wonder what were the highest consumers of. XD The cheapest pizza place over here and best for the price is Cici's Pizza you can get 2 large pizza's with like 3 different toppings for about $15 maybe about $17 or so with tax. They also have a buffet which is $10 per person and it's absolutely great. They have these amazing flatbreads that I absolutely looove.

: Welcome to my thread! I hope you will stay and chat with us! Well I absolutely loooove to read. I had stopped reading for a while due to getting heavily vested in video games but I'm trying to divide my time between the two now. I typically read dystopias but have been branching out since then. My first ever dystopic novel was the UnWind Dystology by Neal Shusterman. It's a 4 book series (technically 5 if you count the novela UnStrung which if you want to read, you should read after reading the first UnWind book but before starting the 2nd one. I highly recommend reading it since it provides a sort of backstory for an important character in book 2 and onward.) that will move you and send you on a wild roller coaster ride of emotion. If you manage to make it to the end however, it's a very rewarding journey, one that I plan to go back and read again at some point. This next one is also a dystopia but it's also a fantasy trilogy called The Grisha Trilogy, by Leigh Bardugo. Like UnWind, it's very dark and an emotional roller coaster at times but rewarding if you manage to make it to the end. Aside from that I also like to read YA Contemporaries. Some of my absolute favorites being Suicide Notes by Michael Thomas Ford, Playlist for the Dead by Michelle Falkoff, Because You'll Never Meet Me by Leah Thomas and Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher. You should definitely check out the synopsis of these books on goodreads and see if they're something you'd be interested in reading yourself. ^.^

I know how you feel about the writing thing. I enjoy writing myself but don't think it even half as good as the writers whose books I enjoy reading. >.> I've recently tried to dabble into fanfiction but idk. Lol.

If you have trouble, there's no shame in turning down the difficulty. I had to mod Morrowind because I played it after Oblivion and I just couldn't deal with how slow it is. I don't really like how it got progressively less fun after Morrowind, though. And I don't mean that in a like subjective "I'm having less fun", I mean it got less weird and silly with less interesting random events. Oh no some guy is trying to sell me Skyrim crack lol wtf. I wanna see the troll who jumped off a bridge and I wanna be weirded out by some guy who fell from the sky in front of me. Skyrim was just too like... serious disposition/casual gameplay for me. The introduction of baking pretty much did it for me though. I love the Hearthfire expansion <3

I actually like... despise FPS for the reason that it's just so depressing. Like I really enjoy watching people play Overwatch and TF2 because they're fun and colourful (I have too much anxiety to play myself), and even Halo is alright because there's like... really bright colours xw x I just can't seem to get into COD and Dishonored though. I just really, really love the whole fantasy genre, and I'm not very warm to the future spacey stuff, which everyone thinks is weird. Sci fi and fantasy are not the same, yo! I do appreciate Star Wars for mixing the two, though.

I joined in their peak of '08, like many, many other users. Syn actually used to advertise on Gaia, which is where I saw it. Way back in the day when I first joined it was called Terrasus, and then there were shenanigans and tantrums thrown by the owner and it shut down. Then the exact same thing happened the second time, because it was most of the same people. And then it got bought out by a far more competent person, but there's a lot of people who resent him for not making Syn as good as it was "in it's prime"? They're basically doing the whole "make america great again" thing when in reality, America still needs to become great. True, there's less traffic, but it was the actions of the old owners who caused the sudden vanishing of site activity. What a waste of time being that mad. //shakes head

o: I'm not sure what "type subeta lodge vending machines" means as what I'm supposed to do, but that idea sounds great! Is there like... a site search function, or something? I have a ton of wizard points already. Is it normal to have made almost 5mil in the first two days I've been here? The custom items make me so sad, because I can't buy them for sP :/ I do lolita cosplay IRL, myself. I've been getting so busy I haven't properly put together my wardrobe, but I'm also a student so it's not a priority. WHEN I GET MONEY THOUGH.

Actually, he said a lot of really rude things to me, and me in my cute lolita dress tore head goddamn head off, verbally. I've literally only lived in two places my whole life xD Well, three I guess. I try and forget about one of them though because it was AWFUL. And they've all been less than an hours drive away from eachother -w - Everything in the US is so cheap, it's unfair. Dx Well, sort of. Canada has like 1/10th of the people as the US, so we probably buy stuff in a smaller amount of bulk which is usually more costly.

It's no problem at all, subeta takes a little bit to get used to. I was on Gaia for a little while, but gave up on it, just couldn't get into it. To send a gift box to someone, go to Arctic frost, the gift center ( it's the building that looks like a giant present), pick gift wrapping to send a gift box. At that point, you can either select a specific type of gift wrap to use or let subeta randomly pick a gift wrap. Once the gift wrap is chosen, you then type in the username of the person you want to send the gift to, and pick the items, then click send and you're done!

Wow, that's awesome that you're continuing your education! I took a few years off after high school for a variety of reasons, including financial reasons. College is expensive! Math is probably my weakest subject too, it's not something I enjoy too much. Dreading having to take calculus. Just keep working on it and practicing as much as you can, and you'll do fine, I'm sure. ? Both of those career choices sound awesome.

Are you enjoying your summer?

: Your avatar is coming along nicely! I don't like to play casual mode for every game. I'll get the hang of the dragon slaying eventually. I should probably get more potions. Idk for pc I imagine it could get more interesting with mods? I typically play on consoles since my laptop can barely run things like Stardew Valley, which if you haven't tried, I highly suggest if you're into games like Harvest Moon, Animal Crossing or Rune Factory. Well I can't really attest to that since I haven't played through the entirety of Skyrim. I also tend to play the thief in Elder Scrolls and tend to be very morally ambiguous so that may just raise my fun level for me a tad bit. Lol. I'm pretty chaotic in games that let me have the freedom to do so. You should see how I play the Sims. Idk I seem to be a glitch magnet. So I get to see weird stuff like that in most games. Once I was playing Assassins Creed 2, running away from a guard and I fell through a building and got stuck inside it... Had to hard reset my 360 so that it wouldn't auto save me inside the building. I hope to get the legendary edition of Skyrim if they ever make it available on PS4 or Xbone once I get a PS4 or Xbone.

Idk maybe you just haven't played the right fps games. I really enjoy the Halo and Borderlands series. Borderlands in an fps rpg so if you're a fan of rpg's but iffy on fps's Borderlands might be the bridge that may make you reconsider. I personally hate COD myself. However their latest game which was shown at E3, called Infinite Warfare, takes alot of inspiration from the Halo series so it kind of has me interested in it. Dishonored isn't an fps at all. It's a first person action adventure stealth game. A mouthful I know but it's not a first person shooter. It's actually really great, has an interesting story with very unique characters, and you can go about in doing things in numerous different ways. Speaking of fantasy, Dishonored I suppose falls into that as well seeing as it does heavily rely on magic. I personally don't care what genre a game falls in unless its rts, as long as it has an interesting story, good gameplay and interesting characters.

Well that really sucks. Reminds me of gaia's fall from grace. Their events used to be so fun... Now it's all about give us your money and we'll give you some decent looking virtual items that will slowly lose their value over time because with our gold gens in place, gold is basically useless now. By the way I joined Syndrone yesterday and I can't figure out how to get more coils.

Oh it means to type it in a seperate tab in your search engine. Subetalodge is altogether though. It will show you some results and one of the first ones should say vending guide click it and it will have direct links to the vending machines here in subeta. Subetalodge is kind of like tektek if you ever managed to use that while on gaia. It's very helpful for finding specific items and adding them to your wishlists. Yeah it's pretty normal. Before I found out about quests, I thought the clothing and food was expensive but not so much anymore. Except for custom clothing. Ironically it's also some of the prettiest on here. Oh wow do you get in character and everything? Like do you try to act like a lolita while dressed as one? I myself want to try the otome kei style.

Wow that must've sucked! What a jerk! Well atleast it only happens occasionally. I've lived in my fair share of bad places. One of them being where I was born. Most people have this incredibly biased pride for where they were conceived but for me it's the exact opposite. I suppose for you guys it seems less costly, but considering how much the average American gets paid, most of us can't or barely make ends meet. Take Florida for instance, it's one of the most expensive places in the US to live due to how high the cost of living is compared to how much the average person gets paid. The government knows this and sees this, but instead of raising the minimum wage all across the US, they just let the poor become poorer and the rich become richer.

: Your avatars always look great! Stay?

: Oh if you tried it anytime after like 2010, I don't blame you. That's when it started to go downhill with gold gens and stuff. It also became it breeding ground for trolls. I typically only hung out in the charity forums in my quest thread or in charities winning prizes. That's where the nice people are. Lol. Oh okay thanks! It's great that one giftbox can be used to send multiple items at once. On gaia it was one giftbox per present which really sucked. Was faster to just trade with the person instead. Lol. Thanks for the info!

Well I've always been a nerd at heart. Lol. Really do enjoy learning plus given the world we live in, you can't really get a decent job without some sort of education. Oh so you worked and saved up to go? That's cool. I worked briefly in a variety of different jobs but found them to be not for me... I worked at walmart twice, once as a cashier and the other time as a bakery worker. Bakery worker sounded so easy at first but let me tell you, it's alot harder than being a cashier. First day I was there, they put me to open alone. You can imagine just how clueless I was... I'm also 5ft tall but the freezer goes up to like 7ft and there's no ladder... So technically speaking I could never actually properly close alone due to my height not letting me get certain breads from the freezer. Then there's the fact that they put me to close alone once and I cut my finger... Not completely mind you but halfway to being completely off... Had to get the wound glued shut. There were just so many things wrong with that job. Yeah I really dislike math. Basic math can get people that aren't engineers by, on their day to day. No need to teach us complex equations. My Problem is that I have far too many interests and can't seem to really seem to make up my mind.

That sounds about the time I joined. Guess I missed it at its best. Lol. Glad to be of assistance, if you need anything else, just let me know. And the whole multiple gifts in a gift box is a recent change actually. It used to be one gift per box. I like this way a whole lot better! Makes it so much easier to send gifts to friends, especially during the holidays, which are a ton of fun btw.

I'm the same way, I enjoy reading and learning new things, especially science stuff. I feel pretty lucky since I went to a pretty decent school and had decent teachers. They're hard to find nowadays. Yeah, I hate how there's a huge focus on getting a college education, not everybody is college bound. I wish we would focus just as much on trade/technical stuff.

Yeah, I saved some money working, not enough to cover everything though. Luckily, I got a decent scholarship from my school, but even then, I still needed to take out a student loan. Ugh! Oh my, that sounds like a nightmare! I'm 5 feet as well, so I definitely feel your pain. It's a nuisance coming home from school and finding all your stuff moved to a top shelf you can't reach without standing on something. Short people problems lol. That job definitely doesn't sound like it was a good fit for you. Are you working now?

: Gaia used to be a great place. I remember back when 1mill was alot of gold and could get you so many things. Now thanks to gold gens, not even 1bill is alot. >.> Plus they now have a huge emphasis on cash items and it's not even reasonable prices either. >.> There's things sold for hundreds of real dollars. >.> It's sad really... They used to be so very community based and friendly. Now it's just full of trolls. They even had an mmorpg at a time called Zomg. That was loads of fun! Man thinking about it makes me sad. Thankfully I made a great friend on there, Charnex, who I met when she stumbled on my quest thread back in 2011. Now were great friends. She posted on here not too long ago. The events on gaia during the holidays were really fun, back when it was just towns, it consisted of trick or treating in gaia towns, then when they added Zomg, there was usually some kind of boss that had to do with the holiday in question that would randomly appear and you'd have to try and beat him before he disappeared in order to get some exclusive loot and items. Since it was an mmorpg, it was a team effort. They also had one one time called Frontier Skies which was alot like the game Oregon Trail but with airships and gaia characters as the ship captains. Depending on what ship you were on and who was the captain, was the perk you got. One of them was this dangerous deer that would actually hinder your progress instead of aid you. XD Man I miss gaia's glory days. Oh yeah I'll definitely ask for your help if anything else pops up. Yeah it definitely does! Sending multiple gifts at once is incredibly convenient! ^.^ What are events on here like?

What are some of your favorite books, authors etc? Mine so far, are Leigh Bardugo and Neal Shusterman. Neal's UnWind Dystology and Leigh Bardugo's Grisha Trilogy are some of my absolute favorite books. My teachers were okayish. Had the one or two that were more like, here's a packet, do it before the end of the week and don't bother me, but I figure it's normal for some teachers to be lazy. The way I see it in terms of education, it's good for students to atleast have something to strive for. Cashiering and the like, aren't going to cut it in today's society. >.> Whether it's college or trade/technical schools is up to the individual in question but I think post secondary education is needed in today's society in order to be financially stable.

Well debt is pretty much something that goes hand in hand with being a student nowadays sadly... In other places education is free but here it sadly isn't. >.> That's not even the half of it. I applied for cashiering as well, it was my first choice in fact. Bakery worker was nowhere near the top yet they hired me for that without any previous experience. They lied to me from the very start saying they'd train me, yet I never got any training whatsoever. In fact, the plethora of old women there were angry that I was stepping in their territory like I wanted to be there. No one trained me whatsoever, instead all I heard from behind my back were snickers and whispers from those mean crude women. Never had I ever been in such a hostile work environment. The higher ups were no better. They purposely had few people working in that area to overwork us without giving us overtime. Each person had to do the work of 3, and still clock out when they were supposed to because if you clocked out any later, they were on your case about it. It was horrid, and really made me hate the Walmart corporation as a whole.

Sounds like Gaia was a lot of fun at one point. I discovered it through a friend, but after she left, it just wasn't worth the hassle of dealing with it. Subeta is a lot easier overall imo. Holidays are fun and chaotic here. There are so many new items released it's not even funny. Starting in September, there's Subeta's anniversary celebration, lasting about a week. Then the beginning of October, there's Alegarten, which is the subeta version of Oktoberfest, so lots of beer/pretzel items. There's a special shop for that, the brewery. New items should added, along with older items. Then mid-October, comes Morostide, which is the Halloween holiday. That lasts the rest of the month, where you can trick-or-treat at users' profiles and get some pretty good stuff. Your avatar may also be hexed, meaning it gets changed into something different for a little while. You can go the pumpkin patch in shadowglen to collect more items, and there will be pumpkins floating around that you can carve. November comes fireside, which is the thanksgiving holiday. Then in December is Luminaire, which is Christmas. Users have Christmas trees they can decorate and put gifts under, there's a secret Santa you can participate in, and there's melody you can visit for free items every day. If you want to know more about them, you can check out the subetapedia for specifics.

My two favorite authors are Dean Koontz and Stepehn King. My current favorite book is Ashley Bell by Dean Koontz, I couldn't put it down lol. Any book that does that for me is a favorite honestly. And Harry Potter, I love those books! I read other authors and am always up for suggestions, but those two have never failed to disappoint me. I really like the horror/mystery/thriller genres. I think I'll look into those books, have to see if my library has them.

I definitely agree about education, you can't just get by with a basic education anymore. And I think everybody has those types of teachers, my physics teacher in high school basically sent students to get pizza everyday and we ate pizza in class every day. Not the worst way to spend a class, but not very helpful lol.

Wow, that's terrible! I never worked for Walmart, and that makes me never want to at all. I guess it's how they manage to make things so cheap in their stores. I feel so bad for you, that you had to go through that.

: It definitely was! Sadly it's glory days are long past... I totally get what that's like. Once my friends stopped going on it I gradually stopped using it too. On a random sidenote, I once had the horrible luck of having a stalker on there... Had to go on a 1yr hiatus to get him to stop stalking me. Sounds great! I'm definitely looking forward to participate as well! I'm sure my buddy is too. Though she's probably more vested in her Pokemon Go hunting at the moment.

I'll certainly look into Dean Koontz. I've actually seen quite a few of the movies based on Stephen Kings novels and don't know why I've never gotten around to reading one of his. I suppose it's the immense backlog I have... The UnWind Dystology is absolutely marvelous. It's a very dark and horrifying dystopia where all life is valued until age 13, in which case, the parent or guardian can choose to have the child unwound, which basically means they get sent to a facility where they are harvested for their organs. It has 3 different protagonists, Connor a 16 yr old who found out about his Unwind order days before it was to happen and runs away the night before he was to be picked up to be unwound, Risa a 15yr old orphan of the state scheduled to be unwound because the state couldn't afford to keep supporting her or several other fellow orphans any longer, and Lev a tithe, which basically means he was conceived for the sole purpose of being unwound once he came of unwinding age (and as such has an extremely brainwashed view of his existence and the world). It's very good I highly recommend it. I never tire of recommending it to people. XD

Yeah because if you try, you end up in horrible work conditions where the managers treat you worse than dirt. I should know. >.> Oh my gosh that would've been my favorite teacher! I love Pizza! XD I had this one teacher in middle school. Well he wasn't technically my teacher because there were so many students it was divided into two sides, and I had the other math teacher but I really liked him as a person and enjoyed going to his class just to talk to him. He was definitely one of my absolute favorite teachers. He didn't give out pizza but he was a great listener. I had a similar class though. Homeroom the teacher did nothing so we would just go online and play games. XD

I highly suggest you never even consider applying. It's a hell hole. Broken dreams, broken everything. There's a documentary on it on Netflix I believe. It will make you hate Walmart if you don't already. There was a time when I'd look at my finger and get angry but now I look at it and am glad that all I have is a bruised finger and nothing worse.

Hi! I agree, the earlier Paper Mario games (I've only ever played the N64 PM game, I heard that Thousand Year Door was good? but I never had a Gamecube to play it) were the best, but that might just be the nostalgia speaking P:

I've also read Unwind! It was way back in... my freshman year of high school, so I don't really remember much of it, and I never read the sequels either because of that reason. :c
