Known Issues!

• Wardrobe achievements are not updating.

Notes:

• If you hit the import button again it will clear all progress you've made today. It'll reset you to the progress you'd made in the "old" system. Beware!

THIS WAS ADDED BY Guys I know a lot of you are getting frustrated. Let me update you as far as I can myself. This is still being worked on. If one of the below applies to you, please follow the instructions.

1. If you are gaining the Mori/Nori 1k achievement OR the level 6 leviathan achievement and HAVE NOT really earned it, please do not file a ticket at this time. If you have already filed a ticket, feel free to let them know that they can close it for now. I AM SORRY I INITIALLY GAVE OUT INCORRECT INFORMATION ON THIS ONE!

2. If you received an achievement that you believe that you have already achieved, please first check it on the achievement page. Sometime the popup that shows the achievement does not have the right tier in the description. So it may say that you got the achievement for 50 quests but you really got the one for 1500. This is being looked into! It should not affect the tier you got!

3. If you got a first year achievement and a 1 week gold account medal, this is not a bug. This is a new achievement and is retroactive. Hooray!

4. If you are missing progress in your quests or other progress based achievements that may have been reset or lost by reimporting only, please file a ticket with the following information: which progress achievements are affected, how many you have completed and how many the achievement says you have completed, any tier achievements you should have due to this progress and when the last time you imported your achievements was. Also please post on your ticket that these should be sent to (this was posted before so I hope this is ok Michael!). This includes pet spotlight but does not include collections, wardrobe, or battle related achievements.

5. If you are missing ENTIRE achievements that you had before the new system continue to post them here. They do have the data from the old achievement page so once everything is fixed and ready, they can compare it to the old system. They have already said that you will not lose these. Please do not file tickets for these.

6. If you have stats, battle related, or collection/wardrobe achievements that seem to have not kept track of progress, please be assured that this will be fixed. Please continue to report them here and do not file a ticket. There are other places that keep track of the progress on these (ex. plushie amounts are shown on the plushie collection page) and the progress will update when the new system is fixed. Please make sure that you have gone through the necessary steps to update progress before reporting it here, such as saving your HA to update wardrobe counts or going to the collection prize page to update plushie counts. This only applies to incorrect progress. If you did not receive an achievement please see .

7. If there are any achievements you have earned (meaning it has activated on the new page) but you did not get the event/notification or any prize that may come with it, please file a ticket. This is the correct thing to do according to this news post in case you need that as a reference when filing.

8. If you think there is an achievement missing on the list, odds are that it really isn't missing! The actual error is that they are hiding. There is a workaround hooray! For now, if you think there is a missing achievement, go to the category that is missing the achievement first. For example, if you think that Token Shop Regular is missing, go to the Items section. http://subeta.net/achievements.php#/category/2 is the address! From there, you see there are currently 2 pages showing. Change the category/2 (or whatever number it has) to page/3 and you find a hidden page three. THIS WILL BE FIXED but at least for now you can find them!

Missing achievements (even after clicking import again)

Extreme VIP 1/11 Should be 11/11 Where's my money?! - Defeat Saggitarius in battle. 0 / 1 Battle stats say I've defeated him twice

I clicked on the pets page, and now the pet stats are picking my lowest pet (10 strength) rather than my battle pet (2518 strength) :( Although "Super Pet" is still correctly displayed

Glitchy loading Masquerade Murder Mystery - category refuses to load (just a never ending cycle of that loading image)

Other no idea on some of the achievements seeing as the old page has been removed, so I can't double check if I should have the achievements or not.... thanks for the link

I'm missing some achievements, not sure how many cause the list is too long and it takes time to check every categories, but I know I'm missing two of the peeka-boo ones for sure : the Extreme VIP and the A Bird in the Hand is Worth Two in the Bush.

The old page disappeared so now I don't even know what I had and what I'm missing, even if I had the time I wouldn't know what to write in the ticket. Please at least bring the old page back

Same as , missing VIP. The achievement is not highlighted in green and shows zero for 11 days. The achievement for Leave a Flower doesn't display at all on the new achievements.

I'm still getting the same 17 events and the Speedy achievement while visiting the 'Your Pets' site, it doesn't add up to my achievments though.

My stats achievements are also counted by my weakest pet, I tried changing active pet.

The Split Personality: Mori is totally missing, which caused the Split Personalities to not count.

Also, I don't have the Achievement for the A Bird in the Hand is Worth Two in the Bush. I tried your link, from the old board, to download the achievements again, but all I get is the message and it doesn't download.

I can't view my trades or any for that matter. The error mentions achievments.

I'm missing LOADS of achievements. I had around 600+ and I only have 335 :c my internect connection was being a bit iffy and I refreshed the achievement page and now it wont let me start back up my achievements. I sent in a ticket about it. I hope I can get the rest of my achievements back, I worked really hard on those D; sobs I also can't view the achievement page :c

I can't seem to get the search feature under the new achievement system to work, it either keeps rotating the search icon over and over again or it just plain doesn't respond. I also seem to be missing several hundred achievements (I had about 933 but on my profile under the Extra User Info it says I only have 414). I imported my achievements twice, but it still says that I have only 414 achievements.

That should be fixed!

I don't know if this will help anyone but:

Everyone should be able to access the old achievements page by going to Personal>Achievements and clicking the link to the old page in the shaded box at the top.

If you don't want to or don't have time to cross-reference the pages now and you're worried about any missing ones being permanent maybe you could take screenshots of the old achievement pages, or it may be quicker to save the individual pages to your computer as an html file to reference later?

That depends on if the admins will accept that as valid proof after achievement updates are finalized though, that's up to them. But maybe that will help put some worries to rest?

If you are on the "earned" tab of a particular achievment and click to another achievement category, if you haven't actually earned any it will just show a continuous loading screen.

also the prize for free all the fairies won't show when you click the star icon.

I'm not sure whether to file a ticket about missing achievements because my profile says one thing but the hover says another :P

I visited my shop till recently and now the shop til achievement is showing that I don't have any of them, although I've received the 50 mil tier achievement.
