When you are reporting your errors, please post as much information as possible (type of error, where you encountered the error, if you tried to fix the error and how, how many times you have tried to import (if applicable)) and make sure it hasn't already been posted. And above all, please be patient and COURTEOUS. This is being worked on and I promise you that this is being looked into and that you are not being ignored. The staff really does care about your opinion and your happiness on the site. Keep that in mind when you post. And ALSO keep in mind that this IS a BUG REPORT thread and feedback/chat does not belong here. It is for reports only. Read the first post :) You aren't actually missing 300+ achievements, they are just counted differently right now.

What I need to know from all of you saying that you're missing achievements is:

Are you missing the achievement entirely, meaning that it doesn't show on the page at all.

OR

You're missing your progress, or the value of the achievement that you've earned up until this point.

Those are two very very different things, and will help me figure out how to help you going forward :).

Okay so it's a crazy mix - got it! I'll be working through your achievements for the next hour or so, reimporting won't help if the achievements are missing entirely!

Guys, please read the first post. The number on your profile will not match and that is a glitch. You have a similar number of achievements now, it's just counted differently and that will be fixed :)

Hey everyone! I just pushed some fixes, including finding those missing pages. All of the missing achievements should be showing up now.

There are still some achievements with weird errors (a lot of the peek-a-boo achievements, for example) and some that didn't transfer correctly (Mori/Nori) that I'm looking into now!

Also today I hope to push a fix for the achievement counting :).

Also - I just pushed a fix for the pet page (and some other) achievements being given to you NINE MILLION TIMES and turned on events again, so if you miss an achievement by accident, you'll know you got it :).

Yeah, I'm looking into that now. You can make a ticket and a UA can reassign the old value for you :)!

Alright, I just pushed a big change to the importing system! Click here to import all of your achievements again.

There is now a spinner, and the message updates to let you know when you've finished importing. It also updates achievements in chunks instead of doing them one at a time, which makes the stress on the servers much lower.

So, again click here to reimport if you had issues earlier!

And I just pushed a change that should show you how many achievements you have on your profile / on the front page of the achievements, a lot more accurately.

Mori/Nori is a known issue, and so is the Peka-boo VIP. Those aren't going to be solved by reimporting :).

Also keep in mind that some achievements now have less tiers (or more tiers) so that could change your total count as well.

I just posted to the first topic with the known issues that are being resolved, as well!

Peek-a-boo achievements were given out in a different way (to get around the achievement system being broken, hah) and so they can easily be given out again :).

Known issue: Achievements that are cumulative are not currently adding. This includes things like vending, quests, etc.

You have 1369 achievements! MUCH better!

Guys, Keith has said that he is adding known issues to the first post. Please do not continue to post things that are in that first post! I will copy it here since I am eventing everyone.

PLEASE ALSO KNOW THAT CERTAIN ONES (like with pet stats) USUALLY YOU HAVE TO GO TO CERTAIN PAGES TO UPDATE IT (like the pet page).

Update: Achievement tracking has been turned back on, so doing things like vending, quests, slots, etc, should be earning you +1s again!

Yup, that one was given out in a way different than usual, so the system doesn't know how to import it. is going to run a script later to hand them out again!

And also, on launching a broken system - we tested this in beta and then tested it more behind the scenes and thought we'd ironed all of the bugs out :( Some achievements (peek-a-boo) stuff I knew would need to be reimported, but I didn't think there would be this many problems.

That's what happens when you go from 100 people importing achievements to 3,000 people!
