I keep getting an error when i reload the page saying i need to import my achievements before i can continue using the site. Thing is i did it yesterday! Fix this please.

Reimported (this will be my 5th time so far) and it is worse now than it was after import number 4. It is still missing entire achievements and it shows I do not have tons of achievements I already earned. Too many to list. SubQ is a hot mess though, I can tell you that. And the one that made me laugh was the "use the new achievement system in the first week" (or however it is phrased) and it says I don't have it yet....really? I've been in the new achievement page for hours between last night and today comparing what's there to the old page.

I am now showing that I have 312 achievements, which is "slightly" down from the 710 I had before. The majority of the ones I saw said I was working on the achievement and didn't have it. I'm going to take a shower and cool down now.

can't play, always wanna have the update to the new system. if i finish this and change site, he wanna have again... if i try another action he say Error 502...

I'm having the same problem, with it saying I'm "working on" achievements I know I've earned.

I'm also having to do a hard refresh every few pages because of 502 (bad gateway) errors.

Yep...502 errors on around every 3rd page and slow load on all pages.

Stupid double post! Because of...you guessed it...502 error.

I made a ticket listing my missing achievements.

Since then my achievements were wiped and I reimported. Some of the achievements that were missing are now there however some are still missing and others that were there following the first import are now missing.

I can't find the old achievements page to check what I should have.

Re-imported, but now all the little circles just keep going around and around.

I'm trying to reimport the achievements since I'm missing some, however the page just stays blank with no moving achievements.

Whatever the last fix was it looks (so far) like it's fixed my lost progress tiers for this import. Shop Till Saver and pet stats ones are correct now. Haven't checked the rest.

I also had it show 'working on' during import for things I definitely have, but they do seem to have come through properly on to the achievements page for me, I've checked several.

I'm definitely still missing achievements.

now I have achievements missing that I never had before. I am not going to check again today. too many 502 errors too anyway.

Okay, thanks! I cleared my cache and am re-importing again, so maybe that will fix some things for me.

Also:

The "Working On" page has been continually loading for about six minutes now and hasn't finished loading.

Also, immense site lag and 502 page errors. Not sure why this is a good tradeoff.
