I love Morostide, it's one of my favorite holidays on Subeta (and IRL, if we're honest).
But this year, artists, you have utterly outdone yourselves, especially where wearables are concerned. I went past the Morostide 2019 item preview thread and I had to pick up my jaw up off the floor at the quality and utility of everything coming at us from the Patch this year (a sampling of my faves):

I love the lil Medusa and the Candy Goblins. Also, My favorite thing is someone's continual, years-long dislike of licorice.
We'll wait and see when it comes to new pets. We've been getting less and less for Morostide each year now, and last year's was pitiful.

- It used to be mainly me and drawing a huge amount of morostide pets - we were responsible for the largest amount of species each. But they're mostly done now! So those huge mass releases have sadly come to an end (although Angelic month we kind of brought it back a bit, but goodness we could only do that due to the lack of a huge holiday event!)
We'll continue trying to release a few new pets a month, but we hope you can enjoy the other art we're bringing to the site in the meantime :)

Well, I think part of that is probably because there aren't that many morostide-related colors left to fill.
Nightmare is only missing 5 species, Graveyard is missing 6, and Bloodred is missing 5 as well. And most of those are the relatively newer species too like Scootle, Urubu, Zentu and such.
I like seeing pet colors get filled too, but it seems like most of them are pretty close to being finished now (except the brand new ones like Riftborn).
The items this year are so amazing! Some of my favorites are [item= Charming Medusa Plushie][item= Sick Pumpkin Fake Candle][item= Tombstone Pumpkin Garden Stone] but everything else is awesome too!

Everything is fabulous, but I never fail to laugh hysterically at Major Drills in his pink dress!

I'm so happy we finally got a Bartmann witch bottle! I didn't think it would ever happen.
However the description is inaccurate. Witch bottles were never created to be used as protective charms. They were a means to identify a witch who had already bewitched someone. The bottle reversed the sympathetic link between the witch and the victim and prevented the witch from urinating, and thus they would be identified by their subsequent pain. Also the list of contents, while not unreasonable, are a little unorthodox (I have never come across a bottle with teeth in, at least not from the UK). Sharp metal items such as pins and nails are easily the most common, while biological material was also a standard inclusion (hair, bone, and urine in particular), although to contents can vary quite widely (one contained a fork).
