Survival is about a month away now, #/nvlb! Whoo! We should use this month or so we have left to make sure everything is as smooth as possible prior to making our directory on the survival page. This is especially important since we're moving from a conventional directory (listing whoever can bite for each strain) to a ping group orientated one (where you ping a group instead), and this may be a bit of a rocky transition.

I'll be keeping this post updated with things we should do (you're free to add your own suggestions), and then crossing off everything we've done.

[ ✔ ] Make sure all forum groups have a somewhat uniform description (should include model information as per contest rules). [ ] Get as many forum group images completed as possible (8/41). [ ✔ ] "> is planning a test for the ping groups soon. If you don't want to be part of the test, make sure you turn off notifications: found on each forum group's homepage. [ ✔ ] Pre-Survival recruitment for the forum groups? [ ✔ ] Leash NVLB and update the description to address the actual method we're trying this year.

Again, if you think we're missing something, feel free to add your own thoughts here and I'll add them if I think they're applicable. This thread is also good for any pre-Survival screaming you may want to do.

I'm just hoping I get the time I asked off (I tried taking vacation during the week Survival usually starts) but I haven't gotten a response yet. I really want to be there when it starts. It makes me anxious thinking I might be working when it starts.

I will be working during survival but hopefully it wont be the way i had to work the month of december. I am going to be on subeta when i am not working though

, I'll be working all throughout Survival, but I'll be here as often as possible. Also, I need the bite achievement.

Yes! I have to somebody to test the names formatting now. You should be added underneath the ping names for each grouphere but let me know if I missed a strain. I was using the list backup.

And no worries if you guys have to work! I just never know if I'm working evenings or mornings until the schedule goes up. My schedule is all over the place! I just feel like the leader should be around in case this idea goes badly.

or anyone else, do you have an idea regarding the signature?

I would like to incorporate the ping groups somehow that connects with my strains but not to sure on how to go about it...I find the plushies are getting to be too much at one point.

I'm seeing how I feel about this one. All the information should be there for volunteers or infection-seekers...?

If you're talking about the description, most are fine or just need the model if they have a forum image. Naughty Nip and I feel like one other doesn't have the same description though.

I doubt we'll get the HA logos done by Survival since Undertakerr's not feeling well (but I'll try to draw throughout Survival too). I think in the mean time, so we don't have the kumos everywhere, we'll just use strain's plushie?

I'll also be prioritizing contest winners.
