Rowan sticks her head in carefully. The battlers are still collapsed on the floor, with gelatin blobs clinging to them here and there, but they are beginning to stir. Those who have cried themselves to sleep from family matters or over-questing are resting peacefully, and the small group of combatants seem to have exhausted themselves and have collapsed in semi-stupor near the ashes of the effigies of Rowan and the judges.

It seems the storms are over and it is a good time to go ahead with the story. So she proceeds:

This is an RP challenge, the last one of the game. You must split up your team to fight with the different factions according to your established characters. These are your choices:

1. Join Djoni and the Wolves. This is a good choice if you are a werewolf, of course, or if you have a vicious style of battling and do not want to join the Vamps. This should be a rough-and-tumble very physical approach.
2. Join Lysandra and the Vamps. If you have always wanted to write a scene with blood dripping, or if you're a vampire yourself, this would be a good choice, This is the other "savage" faction.
3. Want hand-to-hand or Ninja style battle? Join Tanaka and the Singari. This is a different approach and if you have a rogue/thief nature, it should suit you fine.
4. Alchemists and Magic users may want to lift off in the ships with Lucien and the Pyrates, Drop bomb concoctions or shoot down spells. It might be amusing.
5. Along with the Bards, Mages and Alchemists may also find defending with Junu and the Crystanians is the best choice for you. There is less actual combat in this choice, but more caretaking of those inside the castle.

Obviously, you don't have to cover all the factions. You each will choose the option you think best fits your individual character, and members of a team may find themselves choosing the same faction. However, you cannot lump the whole team in one place. There should be at least some division, even with a small team.

The whole idea here is to make this as creative and involving as you can. There will be pieces which you must blend together in order to make it work as a whole piece.

Deadline: Please help me decide! Let's reach a compromise for ending this round of WS, but still giving you all enough time to get this done. Is a week enough? Week and a half? I'd really prefer not to go a fortnight, but I will if you all feel it would be best. Let me know, and then I'll post our deadline.

is it okay to cross ? like with my sorcerer using magic and brutality? He's a magic wielder but also warrior class and likes both lol. So like maybe go with team gore and add some magic or go with team magic but using my er liberty to work in some hand to hand

lol funnny thing is I have werewolves and vamp characters so I love writing the bloody stuff hehe. my elf, love using Magic and will for just about anything. He's got some major kick ass moves so I'm excited to be able to use him for battle, and throwing in some hand to hand will make him very happy too-especially if he can make the death slow lol. He's such a sweetheart -giggles-

I couldn't manage a bard. Major respect. Sure, Sorn can use tact and charisma, but lol he's a chaotic character so its whatever pleases him. Typically, I'm too happy with gore to use peaceful negotiations. But do, tell me about deadly songs XD

, I only have one character on subeta.. the one for WS. She has been mainly bard.. is too clumsy to be a fighter but has some mean tunes she can play on almost any instrument. My other fighter character on another game is human/basically antisocial and sometimes crazy. ;)

Who exactly are all the enemy forces again? I mean to say that I understand the allied combatants; Vamps, Wolves, Pyrates, Crystanian fighters and those Falcorian forces at the castle. But all I got left in my wee little mind regarding the enemies are the thugs from the forest who were recruited by the _____. I just need a little reminder to kickstart my memories. (It was indeed a long time period between episodes and lots of jellies to fight...)

Please do not think less of me for being so forgetful, I do have my good points you know. I am soft, my tail makes a fun thing to pet and chase, I like bacon and sausage and ale and our kind are very compassionate, nurturing and loving. Perhaps that counts for something? weeps piteously

To answer your query about timetable for this chapter, 10 days seems reasonable to me (though I am fine with 7). This way people with RL time crunches will be appeased. Or you could make it 7 days and around day 6 extend it to 10, so everyone will be so grateful for the extra time when they realize RL has snuck in on them and held them hostage. XD

I know some companies in RL do strategic forward planning like that to create a higher degree of customer satisfaction. It's part of their strategic plan to give longer projection scales and then come in shorter (if that is a desired effect). For ex. an airline might say that a flight takes 2.5 hours but they hit the ground and slide up to the gate at 2.15 hours - and their customers are beyond happy with the shorter flight. C:
