I haven't heard from anyone in my team really (we haven't really started the roleplay, actually). I've sent out a ping to everyone for a check-in, though, and I'll let you know if people seem to be coming back online...

Based on another event I'm running separately (my design challenge, which you can see in my signature), some people are starting to come back online (one contestant got their power back on yesterday, post hurricane), so I'm hoping people from SquirrelTales will also start popping back up in the next day or so...

If they come online soon, then I'm sure the end of the weekend would be possible. If I don't see anyone... So far out of our 5 or 6-ish people, two (myself included) have gotten a small start on our side of the roleplay (and one more will hopefully be joining us), and the other group (the remaining 2-3) have been unable to get online.... One member of that half mentioned they'd started writing something on the computer, but while they have power, they don't have internet, so they haven't been able to post any of the roleplay, and have just been able to briefly check-in with us via phone...

So yeah, I'll update you as soon as I know what is up with our team. Otherwise, if we're one of the only teams without people, we'll understand if you decide to continue with the event and a deadline anyway. :)

Totally same here haha, havent heard much from my group but its understandable. I was worried we were the only ones left who hadnt been on to even begin ours xD; so that makes me feel better for sure.

Yep, I hope everybody's okay... :/ Still no word after pinging people, so yeah...

Almost all of the Southeast Coast of Florida has power back, except for the Keys and some individual areas that had more problems than just a down line. I was very fortunate and only had a couple of tree's down and lost 4 or 5 of my screen patio panels. It was a nasty nasty storm and so far it looks like Maria is going to leave us alone. Thank God because I dont want to go through this again that quickly... I know the fallen angels have ours done an True just had a coding issue on getting it uploaded.

- The west coast of Florida isn't supposed to get power back until this Sunday. East coast has 99% of power back, but people are still dealing with major internet problems with AT&T and Comcast.

As to deadlines, we're still pretty sporadic, so I'll extend for one more week to get everyone back on their feet. I know the damage has been pretty awful and my heart goes out!
