It's already been said that if we reach 1 million quests, that we won't get two pet slots.

So how 'bout if we reach 1 million completed quests, we get a free GA medal to commemorate our awesomeness (and free pet slot)?

We're almost at our goal, wouldn't be surprised if we hit it tonight. Since there'd still be time left til the end date, why not raise the stakes?

People are already doing a free action that directly profits them. A 1 month account which costs the site 5 bucks would def be too much. I always liked the idea of the 1 week. It gives people a taste of what they could have with a proper GA

We get a pet slot... that thing's worth 2k CSC. I don't see a need on staff's side to give more than that. Imo, that's a pretty huge gift for only doing quests everyday and we actually should appreciate that instead of always asking for more.

While I agree that a GA medal isn't something we need, I admit, even if we get like, one day free of GA privileges, that would be nice. Mostly because some of us won't be able to USE the pet slot unless we have a GA activated. So, it's like, 'here's a gift, but you can't use it till you buy a GA'.

Though, as I don't know what pet I want to put in that slot yet anyway, I am in no rush to get a GA to use the slot anyway. ^^;;;; So any GA privileges wouldn't really help me. lol

^I have yet to get a new pet because I haven't had the time to dedicate to earning sP and I'm a flat out broke student in real life and am living off of ramen so I can't support the site the way I like to these days. So I also think staff is already being more than generous. I already really love this event and this week is the most time I've spent on Subeta in months (literally. I haven't even finished Xmas gifting people). I vote against additional prizes.

Think of it as an incentive to earn more sP :P? Besides, the amount of sP and items people are earning on quests are more than enough to purchase a 1 week GA and still have plenty of extra left.

It always bums me out to see the site hold an event only to have people want more prizes.

Quests are a daily part of the game for a lot of people. I don't think another reward needs to be added

A pet slot is more than enough to me. Plus, I made 2M profit in SP alone from quests, without having sold a single reward, so I think that buying a 1 week GA with the profit you make is possible.

Even though a GA would be nice, I will need to buy another in a week, the pet slot is more than enough for me.

I'm glad there won't be any surprise prizes. I hate doing my best to get the stated prize(s) then at the end finding out if I did just a tiny bit more I'd get even more. I was kicking myself the one Luminaire where we turned in the snow fairies and I didn't do the original flavor one because it was expensive and I only had one. Then we got stickers of the ones we did turn in at the end. I had to buy that one, luckily for way, way less than they've been going for since the end of that plot.

Aha, money is not an issue for me to get a GA. I kinda hoard money and CSC anyway. LOL. Which is why when I have a pet in mind, I am fine with buying the GA to get it... even if I only use GAs for the pet slot part (I am too lazy to fill up my shop to make the autopricer worth it).

Though, it would be cool to get something special if we hit 1 mil... Not necessarily a GA or anything. A trophy would be cool. And, of course, give people advance notice. Like, once we hit 500k, announce that a trophy would be awarded at the 1 mil mark, so people can participate if they feel they want that. But since I don't have my trophies showing on my profile, it doesn't much matter to me. lol

Much rather than adding a GA or a Rainbow-farting Unicorn to the prize pool I'd wish for the Quest-A-Thon to become a "once per year event" on Subeta like the Battle Week or the Gelatine War. Would be a more than awesome way to divide the long gap between Vesnali and the Summer Event.

It still stands for the people wanting a GA and thinking it should be a parallel reward with the new slot. I've earned more than enough sP/items combinations, starting off with the ~1.3M sP I had, to either purchase a 1 week medal or 200 CSC. If people are dedicating enough time to get the quest counter to 1M+, they'll earn more than enough.

Personally I only use CSC/GAs for training :P. When you reach 200+ minutes per training any boost helps lol. I think a trophy would have been cool to implement as well. I currently have my Medals widget out, which I just realized I shouldn't because it drives me crazy that it's ordered in 3s and I have one extra row with just one medal (I'm a bit anal), but while it's usually hidden, I like collecting trophies.

However, it's the same issue as trophies are tiered. If there's a bronze, silver, gold then I want a clear cut off between it. Besides, at this point, staff may not have even started out counting individual users' daily quest count. If they didn't and there's no way of knowing how many quests we've already done it is already impossible to implement any tiered rewards.

I honestly wouldn't want the trophy to be tiered or anything. Just a 'Participated in 2015 Quest Week, 1 Mil reached!' kind of trophy. Basically to commemorate the event, and for anyone that participated. I don't want there to be counts or tiers or anything like that! Because I know that, personally, I won't be able to contribute much once the week starts up anyway.

Getting 500k gets us a pet slot to commemorate. But something to commemorate hitting more than that would be cool. Doesn't need to be an item or anything. Even just a standard trophy that says how many total quests we hit this year would be nice. Especially if this were to become a yearly thing. Then we can easily compare across years and such. ^^

Subeta trophies tend to be tiered. It'd be weird to break the cycle in my opinion. I think the title is commemoration enough. For there to be anything more than a 2k CSC prize, I think it should have to be tiered.

Perhaps the something to commemorate hitting more than 500k could be the consideration of staff to implement this as a yearly event with a slightly smaller prize. After all, receiving a loyalty box with all its possible benefits once a year is generous enough of this site that I don't think two opportunities for extra slots should be available; otherwise this site will become as clogged up with pets and taken names as Neo did last time I checked.
