That's not my name....

So, basically...what are the weirdest things people have called you? Like either in all seriousness or just being mean. Curiosity people!

For me, my real name is Donielle I usually get like Danielle, Daniel, that type of thing. Donelle. It's kinda dumb, so I like to go by "D.J."

But for the mean, I've probably been called every name in the book. Whatever...it happens right?

My name is pronounced OO-nuh. It's spelled Oonagh. So naturally, I've been called oo-NOG OO-nie OO-narg

Basically everything but my name. One teacher in my entire history of education has actually pronounced it right first time. My PE teacher in 6th grade called me OO-nie for about half the year before he got it right.

Marina.

Mary, Mariah, Marian, Marianna, Marie, Marissa, Marine, the list goes on. I seriously do not understand the difficulty in saying my name. You can read it when you go to the docks, but suddenly it's a person's name and now it's brain bustin' time.

My friend's name is Virginia, but she goes by Ginny. So. My really, really, REALLY old PE teacher this year calls her:

Gina Virginia Jenny Jeanie

Everything BUT her name. Ginny. Is it so hard to remember?

Wow. Marina is a cute name, I live in Michigan right on the lake, so I'm guessing people might get it right here...haha

i got aundrea, andrayuh, rea, rayuh, andy, andrew, andre, marina once and there was a girl who looked a lot like me who was named kayla, so our teacher mixed our names up.
