i like the old one better.. try revamping the new one and make the pose more interesting and the face less... naughty. yeah. I love the new ones coloring but the old one has a better look about it.

I think it's really great, except, as many people have said, the tail could do with more FLUFF. Also, the foreleg farthest away from the "viewer" would look a lot nicer if it was kind of sticking out like the same foreleg on the old version. That one leg makes the poor little guy look a bit unbalanced and... static?

OHOH! :'D After staring at it a moment I was struck with an idea I personally like for the Terracoon revamp; shorten the tail. Making it more nubbish would be adorable to me. But ah well, guess I'm just a bulldog lover, which it really reminds me of. C: So stocky- I find that quality adorable.

I'm not a fan of it. It looks tubby, really fat, and for some reason the coloring is too soft, almost blurry to me.

I'm afraid I don't care much for this revamp at all...The body seems oddly rectangular and too thick, the legs rather awkward, the eyes too small, not enough neck, the new tail is too busy to be at all like the old, but not busy enough to be preferable...I'm sure the artist put a lot of work into it, I can tell that much, but I just can't come to prefer this revamp.

It is cute, but I think it looks more chibi-ish. Maybe give it a little more of an "adult" look instead of the baby face.

I just realized, I think the terracoon could do with a much more interesting pose. This one is a pretty straightforward, almost profile view... Can we get a more, elegant, or sinuous pose?

Ohhh, I like this revamp. Only problems I have are the tail -- which should be longer/fuller -- and the body. It looks a little too much like a chibi to me. =/ And it reminds me of Sly Cooper. XD

Bah, it's adorable! xD Since I think it's being modeled after an actual raccoon (is it?), the tail could be a little more straight and its body could be a little fatter. And something about the chest fluff with that shoulder looks kind of wonky. But really, I love this revamp a lot more than the Tigreans and Ontras. =3

Basically, I am IN LOVE, completely in love. My only complaint is that the tail needs to be a tiny bit longer, but I am totally smitten by this revamp!

It looks so much better! ^^ Although it is kinda stocky. Give it a longer body and/or a longer, fluffy tail. I'm not sure if y'all are leaning for a kinda raccoon look, but I think it would look cool if it was given some otter characteristics... =D

I liked the new art a lot, it looks more impressive than the older one. Better shading, prettier eyes... and the mask-fur looks like a mask, giving it a banditish look it deserves. Really cute.

I would smooth out some of the line art, and make the tail and body slightly longer. Otherwise, it's looking great.

I love the eyes too-- maybe a slightly lower forehead, though? I know the old one had a higher forehead also, but the way this guy's kind of in profile makes it seem a little off, like he's got a little bit of a caveman brow. He has a cute nose, though-- I think it's just the way he's kind of in profile that overemphasises the high forehead. n.n

I think this is sooo adorable. A much needed improvement! Although I do agree with others about the tail, I think it should be a bit larger. And perhaps the snout could be a bit longer.

It's cute but, I have to admit it seems it'd be the chibi instead of the normal terracoon. The art is very lovely, it just doesn't feel right.

It looks great. Though, I do have to say that it might be a bit better if the body was a little longer/thinner, and maybe slightly longer legs as well. The tail could perhaps use a bit more fluffiness as well. It was drawn very well, though. =3 The only other thing I really have to say is that I kind of like the pose of the old one a bit better.

I agree with Digi's comments about the eyes and tail. Especially the tail, fuller would be nice. In general though, a big improvement --- very cute!

It's so very cute. The tail looks a little odd to me though, sort of too scruffy or something. xD The black makes it look jagged and it dosen't fit well with the rest.

But overall, awesome job~!

I adore it, I'll start with that. :'D It's adorable. But I feel it needs a little fluffing on the tail and larger eyes (as I believe was stated before). They've always reminded me of raccoons and, for this reason, I feel they need those nice, doughy 'coon eyes. You know what I mean; they don't need to be HUGE OMG I'M SO UNREALISTIC CHIBI eyes, just.. larger and rounder. Or maybe, like lurk said, it's the mask and eyebrows that's making the eyes look so teeny to me. XD

I love this version much more than the old version, but it doesn't go without its flaws. The two biggest problems that stick out to me are the face/head and the tail. The tail simply needs to be bushier, or the artist needs to make the fur less chunky. And then the eyes look too small, or the forehead is way too large and prominent. The other terracoon's head wasn't that large, and it had bigger eyes.

Aww, this is adorable. But I guess agree about the issues people are making on the tail. Maybe longer and stretched out behind it instead of curling awkwardly.
