SURVIVAL: kisses breaking everything

I know, I know. It’s not a Subeta holiday unless something breaks or the site lags. It wasn’t our intention to have literally everything die on us at once, but hey. It happens?

A little background information for those just tuning in for Survival. There was an issue where if you kissed someone, your strain (vial or whatever you chose from VIP) disappeared! :( got a fix for it done so fast, you wouldn’t believe, but the site just wouldn’t take it. No matter how many times we redeployed, the site just refused. I’ve worked with and and finally, four hours later, the site itself should be running smoothly now. It’s only taken our blood, sweat, and tears, but it’s worth it for y’all to bite and kiss each other to become zombies and eat candy.

If you purchased a strain earlier and had it removed due to a kiss, file a ticket! UA’s will reimburse you. <3

We're still looking/working into everything else going on, but wanted to update you a bit!

I purchased a random 2019 strain which isn’t showing yet but I just was able to make an alchemy item. I am assuming that means I did not lose my new infection?? Thanks for quick fixes!

This years first day is/was especially stressfull :'D I'm still getting 404s trying to bite people, but I'm confident you'll fix that soon ♥ we know you work hard to fix everything as fast as possible, thank you ♥

Yeah, I was also wondering in terms of the instant VIP option. It says I still need to wait for my notification that I've been infected. I chose the 25k option basically right away after the event went live. :/

- none of the forums are loading at all. The only kissing I can do is with the friends I've put on my notepad.

Because and literally rewrote all of the survival code this week and a lot of how the wardrobe works. I can't really explain it becuase I had no part of that intense code marathon

Question: Some of us had the any strain, then got bitten several times and got a notification we are infected but it shows on the forum don't bite instead of infected. Are we infected or do we have to start all over?

Thank you for the update. If I choose the instant random option, should I back out and re choose it? I'm not sure if I currently have a place in line somehow.
