So I finally made my first gems from sales on the site...I managed to sell all five of my Sandsurge babies and make back 2,000 gems! Nowhere near what I spent, but much better than I expected! I wonder if it's too much to hope that I can still sell these babies for gems when my pairs have cooled down again, or if the hype will be over by then...

At least they sell better than Aethers. They look too cute, the Aether ones, LOL

I love my Aethers but I haven't even tried to sell any of their babies, I've just been exalting them.

I've generally not had good luck trying to sell any dragons in the past, even when I thought they looked nice and someone should want them. I guess there are just too many nice dragons for fodder price for people to bother paying more than that. Sandsurges are currently an exception but I'm sure they'll end up as dirt-cheap fodder soon enough. I'm happy I was at least able to recover some of my investment before that happens!

Hi lovely! It's because when you got them they were both probably different breeds. So whenever they were born, or bred last by the previous owner, that time stays no matter if you change their breed or not. I hope this makes some sort of sense D: Once you are able to breed them they will be on the same cooldown time afterwards :3 I just bred my pair, and the cooldown time is 15 days for them both <3 I hope this helps?

Ah yes, the male was a Sandsurge already and I changed him a bit and the female was a Coatl. That means she is only this first time on Coatl breeding time? This teaches me to change a Fae or Tundra next time, LOL.
