My fiance barely makes more than the minimum amount for our state so he's ineligible. I'm ineligible now because I have a job that provides insurance however it's only dental/vision and barely anyone in town accepts it :( So neither one of us has health insurance for therapy, or meds or even a doctor check up :/

Oh interesting. I've always used super thick paper that's mixed media paper so I've never really had much issue without stretching (I also don't know how I would stretch that thick of paper lol)

I also am a Premier League football/soccer fan but we're between teams at the moment, one of my partners and I (it's a weird story don't ask). I also really love the PHF, Premiere Hockey Federation, for women's sports, as well as women's soccer. I should check out Detroit FC, the localish pro soccer team... hm.

no worries, i just wasn't sure of the meaning. not to sure, maybe because this years gifts have been tight and its not been as jolly around here.. not saying we're all grumpy but just not really feeling the seasons cheer all that much. i tried shopping on bf to save money but no money was saved.. so that didn't help. just been a holiday season money hard year.

Everyone: I heard back from my ortho surgeon. sigh Everything has gone pear-shaped. My doc said he spoke with the radiologist and they both agree that my MRI was very unusual. He said they both felt uncomfortable making any kind of definitive diagnosis because of the unusual nature of what the MRI showed. One thing they did agree on is that neither of them feel that what they see is cancerous. He has referred me to a foot/ankle specialist at the University of Virginia. Unfortunately, that isn't going to happen. We have no transportation and UVa is 3+ hours southwest of where I live. So, hubby called the doc and explained the situation and they said that if I fill out a medical release they can send the MRI to the specialist for an opinion, no problem. We also asked for a diagnosis in english so we'd know what we're dealing with, even if it is something simple like "her ankle is swollen and we don't know why" is better than nothing. Right now, my anxiety is through the roof as, of course, I'm imagining the worst things possible. Hubby says I need to distract myself but how? I'm really, really ready for the new year. :(

- Poor guy. My youngest was like that with Santa. The rest would swing off Santa like he was a jungle gym but my youngest didn't want anything to do with him. Eventually we told him that letters worked the same as sitting on his lap and talking to him. I don't think I've ever seen a kid so eager to learn to write so he could write to Santa. lol :D

You don't really stretch the paper, just get it wet and lay it on a board, smooth it out and tape it down with special waterproof tape. I think my board was a piece of plywood my dad cut down to a bit bigger than the paper size.
