Very interesting and really does make sense. Years ago I got Botox in my top lip so when I chewed I couldn't chew with my mouth closed. We went to some people's house for dinner and I had to eat the whole meal with my hand, discreetly as possible, over my mouth. 😂

No I love the rain but my dogs hate it plus it's a pain to put rain coats on for a 30 minute walk in it. Liz being special needs I have to put her rain coat on her too and then I have to dry the dogs off. :-P lol After the last two hot dry summers I have a whole new appreciation for it. :-) I can't wait to hear what your doctor says and I hope it's the best news possible!

The storm(s) were about a week and a half ago and Liz and I almost got stuck in one. We had gone to the mall and it didn't look like another storm was coming but when we came out to the car it was snowing really hard and there was already snow residue from prior days so driving was a little scary but we made it home safely. :-) Yeah I can't wait to hear what the doctor says too.

- Hubby and I have been together about 19.5 years. We've been married for 13 of them. Amusingly, I didn't want to marry him because things were perfect as is. The reason I broke down was because his health insurance is phenomenal. Yes, I married my hubby for the health insurance. lmao And He's never let me forget it and I've never regretted the decision. :D

Happy to hear your MRI is over and the results look good so far. Keep crossing my fingers it stays this way. Same for me, I do it for fun too. I don't really have a favorite genre. I get scared easily so horror is not one of them, but it's not like I hate horror. Sometimes I do like a little portion of it. 😂 I love mythology, especially old folklore tales. It's cool you even studied it. :)

I hear you about the horror. I'm like that with romance. XD I can't stand mushy romance but can abide it if it's an integral part of the story. :D

Sorry wasn't aware of that. Still, I wish it's something minor and treatable that causes the swelling. I haven't read a lot about British mythology. I like the Greek mythology a lot. That's the one I'm most familiar with, followed by Asian mythology. For me romance is a genre that comes with very good story tropes but also the worst. 😂 If it's done right, it can move me to tears, if done badly, I'll cringe. That's why I usually don't focus too much on genres but rather pick a story to read/watch that appeals to me, regardless of genre. I'm not a fan of Sci-Fi but read a novel once that contains that genre and ended up loving it.

I lived in Anchorage for 5 years and drove every day in snow. Except the few months of the year without it. But it's not bad when you're in a place that does have a lot of snow AND you drive a car geared towards that and most of the people know how to drive in it. :-D My current car was not made for the snow.
