Well I went to my first actual punk concert last night and got body slammed by a mosh pitter and I had a rad time :D I met a cool kind of underground/local band from Denver and I got a patch for my jacket. I had a great time, my body hurts but I blame it on just getting hit by a semi of a dude lol

I hope you had a nice quiet night :) I went to the concert and it started off with a rockabilly punk band but then just devolved to underground punk and I loved it. I was on the outer circle of the mosh pit and I've never been next to one before and I got taken down by a this big guy but it was so much fun. I want to go to another one soon :)

I have. It's hard because I'm either super energetic to the point my brain wont slow down or I'm so tired that meditation literally makes me fall asleep lol. I want to try yoga + meditation, so I could keep my body moving slightly so I don't fall asleep and have some outlet for my energy
