Well if the doctor is that nice, maybe mention the issue you are having scheduling with the doctor themselves and see if THEY can make the secretaries behave? :P

They can't, but generally I can call back and complain, and I've already had to call and get the therapist to complain for me.. such as when they wanted us to come in at 7am, and it was an hour away.

Going to go thru the tier 2 and tier 3 attack weapons and put together a new set for my lower tier pets. Still have some items from those tiers in the armory, but most of its out and priced now. I have a few higher tier weapons I put in my shop too, items in between my low tier/high tier sets - haven't priced them. Not sure if I should keep them or just sell them. One is :o

Yeah, the doctor is good! And the therapists. The secretaries, however,were like, it's the only time for HOPE patients. And I was like.. that's not true. But they wouldn't listen. So the therapist called and they were like "yeah but"

Ughhhhhhhh. I hate all medical places, but mental health seems to be the worst.

So we have come out to get a Costa (similar to a Starbucks) then do the food shopping and the possibly looking at some paint samples for the hall. Ian wants to go red with a gloss red around the skirting boards and door frames and doors.It’s currently blue with the same effect.

Red is A LOT. Like.. a LOT. But could look nice! I love blue though haha.

Morning guys! This morning I am.. annoyed. With everyone who lives here. Or has ever been here. So.. there's that.

Red is a strong color. But if you like it! :) Nathan painted his bedroom red & black. Personally I prefer paler colors (white, tan, etc) for main rooms, but thats just me. As long as you guys are happy you do the colors you want! :)

Whew. Just got in from walmart. Bought a LOT. Still have funds to go to Ingles to get meat too! YAY! Stock up session for sure! I don't think Nathan will need poptarts for at least 3 weeks ;) Depending on how fast he eats them hahaha he currently has 6 boxes, only 1 is open. I tried to get a good bit of breakfast, snack, and dinner items. And a few lunch items, as we normally both eat lunch at school during the week. Blast it. Just realized I forgot to get charcoal at walmart. I prefer to buy it there, its usually cheaper. I'll look at Ingles and Dollar General tho and see what they have, as I have to get cat food too still. Walmart didn't have it. They did have dog food so I got that even tho I didn't need it yet, because its been hard to find lately.

When we moved in I wanted all neutral colours and a minimalist look, but nope, the hall and bedroom is blink kitchen is black and grey, bedroom is light and dark purple, bathroom is a jade green. The only room which is neural is the living room and landing as it’s a tan couloir with dark brown around the borders and doors.

Saying that the house feels a lot less cluttered following the massive declutter we did last year. It may be an annual thing 😂

Yes red is a lot. It’s only really going to be one full wall, and three mini walls as we have doors on the other three walls. If I say pillar box red do you guys know what that is? As that’s the colour Ian wants.

Tomorrow is a big clean of the house. We usually do one big clean a month. But what with building work, ikea, the central heating and Christmas it’s not really been done for two months. So that’s going to be fun 😂

Nope I don't know what shade you mean by that. Well the doors will help cut the "a lot"-ness down ;) I am sure your house feels way less cluttered after all that purging you did when you were packing/moving things for the work you had done earlier!! Ugh I hate deep cleaning. I need to do it at my house (always). And for me, that doesn't even include what most people would do for deep cleaning (like I do not scrub the baseboards or windows, and I know I should). But I need to mop, vacuum, shampoo the carpet, dust all the ceiling fans, etc. Ugh. Thinking about it makes me tired. I already was so tired I went and laid on the couch for the past two hours!! Zoned out. Maybe dozed off a little. I feel slightly more rested, but still tired. I had a headache, and took some tylenol before I laid down

I had a nap after we got back from town for four hours. I love sleep 😂

I just wish I could sleep better at night. I often wonder if maybe I need a new mattress, but mine is still comfortable. I think its my body - aches, pains, stress, that makes me wake up. That and getting older and needing to pee in the middle of the night LOL

I always sleep loads and that’s probably due to the sheer amount of medication I take for my bipolar/bpd/anxiety and depression!

What is bpd? I take meds for high blood pressure and high cholesterol. And pain right now, for my arm/nerve but that one is almost out so I'll have to go to the doctor again, I don't know if they'll give me more med or insist on physical therapy. I can't afford to go to physical therapy tho. :(

It’s borderline personality disorder. I take 15 pills a day for all that, which is why I don’t like taking pills when I’m I’ll. any more and I will rattle 😂

Therapy is expensive I have physio twice a month at £60 a session, two chiropractic sessions a month at £30 a session and finally two osteopathic sessions a month at £40 a session, as I have DDD. Which is degenerative disc disease. My L1 and L2 have deteriorated by 80%. So basically my back is ballsed. So I need the help to tolerate the pain as I don’t like taking painkillers for it as I’m worried I’d get addicted to them.

Wow that is a lot of pills. You might just rattle for sure!! LOL Exactly! I figure they'd want me to come at least 1-2x a week, and I figure it'll cost me probably $45 a session. (thats how much specialist costs on my new health plan). I don't have that kind of money!! :( Not even on my preloaded medical card (I only put $250 on it this year! Then they take a small amount out of each paycheck to pay for it being preloaded on the card).

The pain killers they gave me HELPED. Majorly. Like before I went to the doctor I was in tears and it was so painful to move my arm. Now, its just like a dull ache constantly. So they help, but they didn't ever take away all the pain. I just couldn't afford to go back. I owe them $200 for that visit still, AND since I did the nerve study, I owe that doctor $300! ugh.

I don’t know how you guys cope with having to pay for your healthcare, it baffles me. It makes me so grateful for the NHS. You here you get all healthcare free..operations etc. you have to pay for medication however that’s only like £9 per item. However I pay £10.59 a month and that covers all of my medications.

A dull ache is better than being constantly in pain.

Yea its ridiculous. I didn't use to have insurance, just paid cash at the doctor, but now I'm older and need it more, and also a while back they started fining us if we DIDN'T have insurance, which makes no sense to me, I mean, if I could have afforded it I would have paid for it, now you are charging me a fine because I couldn't afford it?? SERIOUSLY? But we took the fines until the fine was as much as the insurance would cost us each year....that was when we were younger and healthier lol I almost would prefer paying a little more out of my paycheck and not having to pay anything at the doctor at all. Ugh. That will likely NEVER happen here tho.

And yes, dull ache is way better than that pain I had before. I just wish I could not hurt at all. One day. Maybe. :P

My prescriptions price vary. I think because the doctor ordered a 90 day supply but my pharmacy only gives me a 30day supply? And so like one month its like $2-3 for two of them, and the next month is $5 and the third month is back to like $2-3. Its weird lol I have no clue really why it is like that. The other one is free.

I have one free prescription and that’s my birth control. I think it’s great that it’s free to all ages. I started on it at 14 due to bad period cramps. Thankfully now I’ve not had one for over 20 years. I don’t think I could cope now lol. Saying that I’m getting close to menopausal age. Fun times 😂

That’s random about your prescription charges. Everything over here is the same price so Caz would pay the same as me and I’d pay the same price as hels.

My back isn’t pain free and been told it would never be unless I get my discs fused. Something I definitely don’t want to do
