I never liked that my mum smoked, so I think that played a part in me not even wanting to try it.

It is such a difficult habit to break too. I have tried. o-o At least I am eating much less sugar.

oh that all sounds wonderful. I'm doing alright. Happy that I finished a couple of late bday gifts for a friend. Still have another one to finish and I need to finish my niece's bday gift as well.

Literally that orthodontist told me that about 10 minutes before I had braces fitted.... so I had no option to cut down my fizzy drinks, I just had to stop drinking them completely o.O After I had my braces removed, I tried Pepsi Max again, but I never felt it tasted 'right' to me :K That's great going to be eating less sugar :d I've never tried to work out how healthy my diet is.... I highly suspect I could do with cutting down on sugar at the very least! ;)

hehe it's a smidge warmer than yesterday, but next week's meant to be chilly and wet apparently, so I think Niamh will insist on a few HA-less looks :P

haha well maybe she'll like the cold weather? Lol my ha seems to be a victim of over eager photobombers.

she might duck into a bus shelter (Dad had the idea of me & him walking round the block in a thunderstorm before, but the storm was a bit closer than I'd anticipated, so we sat in the bus shelter for a while to shelter from the rain and watch the lightning :P)

Niamh insisted on a duck pond look to go with that new duckie ;)

I tried getting him to agree to let me continue drinking it, given that it was a zero sugar one, but he still insisted :K

When it is done, I plan on getting it framed so that I can put it on my wall.

I've actually swapped over to decaf for some of my mugs of tea now, although initially swapping to two decaf mugs of tea wasn't a wise idea to cut down the caffeine that quickly! 😊

maybe Niamh should do the next Wayward Tales instead of Alfred, then she can actually do the HA challenges laughs :P
