I can sometimes login, but can't stay logged in. Its very frustrating, I can read one or two forum posts, I can, sometimes, maybe add an item or two to my HA (if I can get into the wardrobe at all), before it seems to log me right out again.

I am also newly experiencing this problem. When the forum issue first arose, I was able to log into the new site and then it “stuck” up until the last week approximately. Since then, it’s been pretty hit or miss whether I can access the forums without going back to log in and most recently, I wasn’t able to log in at all. I have been going to the main forum page just to be able to click on the username of the last person to post in the Morostide forum to work on egg/TP and that’s how I saw the title of this post. Although I can’t see any of the thread, because I’m still not able to log in to new Subeta. On either Firefox from my laptop and iPhone Safari.

I can't do anything! No forums, no wardrobe, TOTing and PP are just the same 1st wave items over and over. It is because I cannot log in to new subeta!! Morostide sucks this year!!!!!!!!!!!! I am just posting blindly cause NOTHING will load!!!!

I'm having this issue again and can't load threads as a result. There's just a spinning loading icon where my avatar headshot would be in the new site like it's trying to find my info but can't. There's no login button while it's doing this so I'm stuck. I've tried hard refreshing.

edit: threads will finally load sporadically, but I'm still stuck with a spinning icon in the new site.

edit2: I am now using firefox 94.0 after closing my browser and trying to reopen it, it had an update. I still cannot load threads 99% of the time. For a while nothing but my avatar border loaded. Finally my wardrobe popped up but no avatar headshot within the border.

When I inspect element and open the console, I'm seeing these errors following dozens of warnings.

The login issues don't appear to be the same for everyone. I don't have to log out and log back in to the new subeta - I just get logged out. Period. I've had to sign back in no less than a DOZEN times today, just to view the wardrobe, navigate through pages of threads and view items in the CW shops. It literally only takes MINUTES before I am booted off the "new" part of the site that includes CW's, forums and wardrobe.

People are creating different topics on the issue b/c it apparently affects people differently... not to mention it just isn't getting fixed. I don't know if there's a timeout delay issue in the coding or what but it has grown beyond just frustrating. Subeta sure has no problem taking my money but letting me use the features I put my money into has become nearly impossible to use.

Been using Chrome on my laptop and mobile. Both updated to current version. Been thinking about trying other browsers but I have absolutely no motivation to keep fighting w/ this nonsense.

This is getting out of hand. I have to sign out and sign back in all day. What happened to the News page? I thought there was a pet spot light!

YES! Thank you, ! It's as I mentioned in my post above... after logging in for the 30th fracking time today.... people are reporting a myriad of DIFFERENT login issues.

No idea if this will even go through since the thread isn't loading, but I have literally never been able to log into new Subeta. It always tells me "Invalid credentials" which...I have no idea what the hell even means. Every single time I've tried, I make sure my username is the correct capitalization and the password is correct, so I don't know what else it wants.

It's only been an annoyance, not a total dealbreaker, up until just a few days ago. Now I literally can't see any threads on the forums or my wardrobe within seconds after logging in. Trying not to get frustrated but....it's kind of difficult right now.

It seems I have to log in again approx. every 5 minutes... It gets especially annoying when trying to create avatars. Your items will no longer load when switching layers until you log in. >m<

And yeah, no problems with logging in... I've done it about 100 times today...

Me too, no problems logging in but getting logged out of new subeta literally every 5 minutes or less.

I'm now having more and more trouble actually logging in--like, still being logged out all the time but logging back in is such a chore because it's a big gamble as to whether I will be able to log in normally or if I'll have to keep refreshing and trying again because I get the endless-loading problem...

I'm having issues with this again. The new.subeta.net page is just showing me a loading circle where the Log In button should be, but it never actually loads even though I should be logged in on both sites.

If I open a private window, the Log In button does show up but I get the following string of errors when I try to log in:

I am getting this issue again today on the latest version of Chrome on Windows 10. I tried clearing the cache and it is still not working. New Subeta is stuck on loading (I can't even log in this time, my avatar's headshot is just loading infinitely). Oddly enough, I can log in and view the forums on Opera GX browser on the same device, and on Chrome on my phone. [edit] I followed 's fix. I cleared all of Chrome's cache (all time instead of the last week, last 24 hours etc) and it works again.

Forums are loading infinitely, but so is the "new Subeta" welcome page - I can't even get to see if I am logged in on there or not, it just seems stuck on loading :(

I did find the New Subeta login page link in my browser history, and tried logging in - that is also stuck on infinite loading :K

(obviously I cannot see what posts are on this thread, so I cannot check if this has already been reported, or what any potential fixes are!)

[edit] 10:22am I cleared my cache & new.subeta cookies three times, restarted my browser after each, and after the third time (when I cleared every cookie that I had for subeta, whether it was old.subeta or new.subeta) it shows me as logged in on new, so that seems to have fixed it :D

Edit: for laughs I just tried it on TOR because I only have one addon on that- same error when attempting to log in first to new.subeta.net.

I have had severe issues with the new Subeta not logging me in due to "invalid credentials" or keeping me logged in when I was able, and the forums will basically not load at all nowadays (even worse seeming now than it was in the beginning?) This has been an ongoing problem now for months .... quite frankly I'm exhausted with the excuse of "we're working on it" at this point. The forums are a huge part of the site, and they seemingly worked before this authentication change, and now they seem to be absolutely trash and working/not working differently for everyone on the site. I have cleared my cache, changed between 3 different browsers, and cleared my cookies more times than seems necessary to combat this issue with no resolve.

I've been logged out of new subeta on my phone like 5 days ago and I still can't log in :( I can't see the forums from my phone which is... painful to say the least

I log in to New Subeta and can see my wardrobe, a shoutbox (of sorts), setting avatar border, subscriptions and custom wearables....but that's it.

If I want to actually play Subeta, then I have to be on the old site.
