Finally able to log into New Subeta about 10 minutes ago. Everything seems to be coming apart at the seams. The lag was unreal and unable to post on Forums until now.

Things went completely haywire just a bit ago and I got the following message:

Error 520 Ray ID: 6a66ca7f5c524209 • 2021-10-30 18:43:45 UTC Web server is returning an unknown error

Wanted these last couple of days to complete my TOT goodies, but right now my hopes are slim to none. The only bright side is that today I got my "Longtime Member Award" with my Loyalty Box. I would love to take the Gold Medal Member option, but don't want to waste days in limbo with so many things going wrong.

SOS ~ please advise if things are going to get better. :(

I got logged into new subeta for a few seconds but it’s asking me to log in again. I haven’t been able to get the forums up or new subeta since around 11 pm last night. I discovered this when i used the human zapper but couldn’t go to my wardrobe.

What's the point of this:

"If forums are loading infinitely, please make sure you are logged in on New Subeta. This is a known issue we are still debugging."

If you can't log in!?!

I was having this problem yesterday. Now when I try to log in, it loads for a bit and then says "you're already logged in!" And I have to do it every time I want to access my wardrobe, which takes a while to load.

edit: Okay that only worked once, now I can't seem to login to new Subeta again, but at least I can see forum posts (for now) though I sometimes have to refresh the page.

edit 2: Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Having trouble doing anything in the wardrobe because it doesn't seem to want to work for very long.

I was able to get in this morning, now I cannot get in again. If I am wearing a skin and zap, do I lose the original skin?

I don't think you do. When I was zapping for skins earlier in the event, they would unlock in the wardrobe right away, I didn't need to take them off first.

Thank you for the info. I was able to get into my wardrobe after multiple refreshes. But if it acts up again I will still zap away.

Same here it says logging in....but doesnt seem to be making progress Forums don't load most of the time either

Been having issues all day when I have tried to hop on to do bath house. Lag, forum issues, new sub issues.

Yeah I can't login either to access wardrobe after zapping. It just says logging in... but isn't.

It's truly gotten worse than ever; after a lot of refreshing I was finally able to see this thread after two days of the new subeta login page just loading forever...

I'm running chrome and for the last few times I've run into the forums not loading (let alone being able to log into the new subeta) I've closed my browser and reopened it and ta da! I can get things to load. When it starts up again I've closed my browser and gotten back in. Probably won't work after I post this, my luck. 👻

... i have had the same problem for months... the wardrobe won't let me in, the pictures won't show and the forums won't stop loading...

but what helps; delete the complete history, incl. cache and temp. files of the entire time... then log in again and tataaa.. :)... as soon as the problem appears again you have to repeat this... sometimes i can play for hours, sometimes i have to repeat the procedure after only a few clicks and then log in again... they say the bug was fixed long ago although many users still have the problem... well...

cleared my cache (annoying thing, needing to reauthenticate everything just to remove a skin) only to have subeta not fixed. now it logs out intermitted, and takes ~10 minutes to log in, and refreshing at any time during being in new subeta logs me out.

Sometimes it works, but it seems to time out if you can actually get the pages to turn in the wardrobe. You refresh and you're logged out over there.

I can't log in, I can't see forums, I'm just guessing this might go through, I don't even know because I can't SEE ANYTHING, I can't use the wardrobe. What is happening, why is this so broken? Why am I asking when I won't be able to see an answer. Anyway I'm having issues too.

Okay, I can log into New Subeta now, but nothing is there. I can't change my clothes or access my saved outfits. But at least now I can see forum posts again.

I can’t log into new Subeta and manage to stay logged in. I’m also having a hard time viewing the forums.

I'm back to being unable to log in. It's sad. I really enjoy frequently changing my avatar during events and haven't been able to do so for days. I can view this forum, but I still can't log into New Subeta. It's just a spinning circle of eternal loading.

Was really hoping to be able to change my avatar for Halloween. 😔
