Damn, that's a whole lot of pet levelling! Congrats on getting to T9 on Albert!
I'm taking those types of opponents into account, of course. For a concrete example of what I mean: pushing wins on something normal when you only win whenever all the stars allign (crits, procs, good number rolls, good enemy move choices) is not economically sound when you can just wait for later. For event bosses and simple bad-luck losses, I'd certainly keep on going.

Thank you! They really level themselves at a certain point when they can beat enough challengers and get a huge chunk of exp. You do have to do all the battles though haha.
For your first pet no, it's usually better to wait when battles are less frustrating. There are some challengers where RNG is always heavy. I especially hate those because it takes more luck than strategy. My second and third pet though I have taken a ton of losses on just to see the minimum stats I can have to beat a certain opponent. Makes battling more fun when you can't beat the snot out of everything in a min :p
Getting experience sounds miserable if you grind too much in one session — I sometimes do battles on my phone when I'm feeling braindread to soften the impact of it. At least the first 10 wins on each opponent give a huge chunk of exp, as do battle quests!
More luck than strategy... Man, whenever I get a ton of freezes to my face, I want to slap my opponent, especially if it's a fight that looks like I can win it if I just don't get frozen that one time!

Grinding the easy and the medium challengers is the absolute worst. I did that with my 10 battlers and am so glad to be done with it.
You will be able to stop being frozen as much when you are able to equip more parched baguettes to your weapons and do your own chain freezing on opponents.

Thank you so much! Perfect! That was the last one I needed. Just a quick twist here and a tap there and look, all fixed! Thanks for the help. I know, basking in my beauty is reward enough, you needn't tell me so! But I'm feeling generous and you were helpful, so you should have this item as well.

I have a few books that are 100k-800k, then it would be more efficient to switch over to boosters I think.
Parched Baguettes are the bread rolls gems to get for chain freezes. Gotcha, thanks!
I've done a decent amount of the books between 100k and 200k myself. The costs rack up really quickly for sure, so I can only imagine when going up to almost a million a pop.
:dmg:light: Please ping me. :dmg:light:Ooh, ah, I... yeah, those are high book scores. I'm not surprised, but still, talk about a mountain of books!

Grendovil is starting to break through opponents! He managed to take down levels 11 and 12 of the Battle Quest today with the help of my two skips rolling to favourable opponents. Shouldn't be long now until he can start climbing past 10 more consistently.
Nice, that's a lot of health!
