Oh Gosh I feel so stupid... I was looking through the books I needed for Cynde and found at least TWO were still in the quest shop normal sections.... x.x I mean it's nice to find cheap books I've missed but it also makes me feel so ... so dumb....

I've gone through similar. When I first started out, I used the Fandom wiki's list of books — you know... the very outdated wiki... — to find cheap books for Grendovil, knocking them out one by one in the Shop Search. Obviously, this led to missing some. By the time I'd found the unread books list on his page or found out about SubetaLodge's user price ordering for books, it was already too late.

I'll fill out what's missing sometime, but I'm in no rush at the moment as Grendovil already has 45AP as a small T3 pet.

Yep, that's the spirit! That initial grind to find and buy books is gruelling, but it pays big dividends on the long run.

Should I use my loyalty box for GA or for stat tome? I dont play everyday, but I feel like the profits from quests alone would be good for stat boosters.

Subetalodge has a books read feature that helps you order your books.

Does that feature require making an account? I really don't like making accounts for niche features. I should probably make an Excel spreadsheet for my pets once I'm having to heavily manage more than one pet's read books list.

Yep, I don't know how it never clicked before but you simply saying "read books to your pets and they gain access to scrolls" was like the lightbulb moment lol Do scrolls disappear after you use them in battle or do you have to keep re-creating them over and over? & Yes Subetalodge does require an acct, but the organization/collection features for individual pets books read, foods eaten, wears you own etc. is SO WORTH IT! It makes tracking what you've done so much easier. It's color coded and you can search from low to high user price, rarity, non restockable items, etc etc.

GA for sure. $$$ with those extra quests is worth it imo

Scrolls are non-consumable, permanent items. You can put them in your Scroll Library, make multiple battle sets out of them, and use them infinitely. You can take them out of your Scroll Library anytime, be it to sell them off, put them in a gallery, or send them to a friend. You could roughly compare them to minions and the Minion Zoo in this regard.

In battle, some are always available to use, whereas others allow for only one use. Think a shield/weapon vs a bomb when it comes to that difference. Soothing Current is an example of the former and Morosbane of the latter.

Yeah it does. It has a few collection features that are nice for organizing by price.

I keep procrastinating book hunting but I finally got pylot to 2k intel all from event shop books I put off buying .

You create an account on subetalodge, but you don't have to link it to your subeta account and still be able to add you pet book info. That's the only way I can keep track of all the books I need for all my battlers.

Scrolls are either infinite use or OPB. Once per battle means it will disappear after you use it once but it will still be in your set to use for the next battle. You can equip multiple OPB scrolls, as long as you have enough AP.

As for the challengers and exp, yes after 10 wins you only get a small amount of exp. However, most opponents except for the cash shop ones drop loot after 10 wins. On x wins, you will either get an amulet, a tome or mod crystals.

It's actually every SIXTEEN intel (not necessarily from books!), not sure if that was a typo or not, but yeah, build up that intel to get more scrolls. Scrolls can make a huge difference to the outcome of a battle. Keep up the good work!
