It asks for a CVV code, and debit cards here don't have those, only credit cards. I'm checking my bank, and I might apply for a visa card alltogether, even though it would be kind of silly to get one just for subeta :P

I really like this and would be very interested in getting one of these subscribtion BUT I'm very disappointed that paypal isn't offered as a payment option at all for these, I've read the replies to other people mentioning they don't have a credit card, and it's cool that some debit cards apparently work as well, but I've already looked into this before (while being frustrated that I couldn't get the stripe-only bonus item for this very reason) and my dutch ING debit card (maestro, not visa) doesn't have a CVV number on it. so I cannot use my debit card for this and I don't want to get a credit card (or a prepaid credit card for that matter) because I would have no other use for it besides this. I already have a paypal which works fine for every other international/online payment I have to make..

I'd really appreciate it if you could reconsider not including paypal as an option. especially since this is now the only way of getting the special bonus items (and a bunch of other perks) basically as it is right now I either can't get a subscription or I have to commit to whole new payment method that I'm personally not comfortable using and have no other need for.

Unfortunately after years of putting up with issues and an unstable platform, I cannot see myself putting money in the site anymore. There aren't any perks for me in there either. I'm also afraid that even if I give my dollars to the site, my voice and my fears will not be listened to, in favour of keeping silence. There has been a lack of communcation recently, and it's just sad. Hopefully, this new thing can get the site afloat for a while still. [edit]

This isn't a callout. It's just a summary of the last few months. I have choosen nothing but patience. Patience turned into nonchalance. If things are changing, that's good - that's great. But yes, there was a lack of communication at some point / unclear information (or scattered at different places). If this is being worked on now, that's good and I'm glad the site is moving forward. Let's not presume and put words into my mouth either.

Personally I'm hoping that they bring back the PayPal option because I think that would solve some of the problems users would have with not having credit cards or not having a zip code.

And I just feel more comfortable linking to my PayPal than my card anyway.

If one signs up for say 6 months to try it out would payment be monthly or is the full amount taken all at once? Still have 4 months on my God Medal would the Gold Medal from subscription be added to that amount?

GA time stacks so if you subbed to the new subscription you would get that gold time on top of what time you already have left

Oh dang. This is exciting! I've been a user for years, and honestly never subscribed before, but makes me want to for the first time. Talk about a good bang for your buck. So many perks and this seems like such a better value than just buying CSC.

I'm very glad to hear that, I was worried this would remain the only payment option. I currently still have a little under 2 months left of regular gold account anyway, so I'll wait and see how this pans out and maybe get one when new payment options get added :)

I think you've chosen to see a lack of communication, and that's fine. I think once someone hits the end of the road, that's totally fine.

However, we've made an effort in the last few months to be extra communicative and have been tackling issues on the site at record pace. We've got the discord set up for users to communicate in real time, and have been setting up new methods of communication like the wardrobe bug forum, that has pushed us to fix bugs much faster.

I listed out the things we are doing to improve the site, and our future plans, as the first response to this post. In complete honesty, it's hard to see with you posting in a thread where the owner of the site is responding to posts seconds later, with a plan for moving the site forward, and paragraphs about how we came to this choice and how we hope it moves us forward about a lack of communication.

Ooh, a paypal option to subscribe would be great. I'll probably wait before getting a visa card then. I still don't quite get what subscribing would mean to my current GA though? I have 2 months left on my current one, so if I would subscribe, I would have to subscribe every month in order to get the special item every month, but I would always have 2 months extra of GA, which would't serve a purpose anymore if you subscribe monthly?

Just tried again starting from the news page and clicked into subscribe and save, picked plan and nothing happens. Can not input info as it just doesn't take it for some reason.

im glad pet creators aren't being ignored, but... i literally could not care less about (custom) wearables so there isn't much encouraging me to buy any of the tiers right now. especially given the issues the site keeps having, and the state of pets in general.

i appreciate the increased communication in general, and i do hope this increases revenue. i just can't justify any of it coming from me right now.

When can the CW submission and purchasing price reductions be expected? I'm sure I'm not the only artist who'd rather wait until after costs are lowered to start slotting for new items.

Sorry, no I do not have a subscription. When I tried again to log in to this new plan I get a host error.

How about for those who just re-subbed? I just re-subbed today automatically and subbed to the new one. I'm not complaining or anything. I don't mind having to have subbed twice but someone might get upset over it. I know I could've waited but I didn't want too haha.
