I don't time to read through all my posts, but I was tracking my owned CW's with two wishlists. Both of which are now gone, along with all but two of my wishlists.
How does this work? Do we only get to submit what we've lost once? Is it honor system? If I realize I'm missing something in six months, is it too late to claim it?
People just keep calm! I don't really see any loss, if we give it a bit of time. There are many people, who know items which they are missing. Even more help would be, if all the users, who deleted items, would write in, what they remember - definitely the easier task than going through 10thousands of items.
Why are you debating, whether items are "still obtainable" or how much they cost?! This is not the real world, ALL items CW or sP are simply data. The people running this site can produce anything that went missing and put it back into the wardrobes.
Just take a deep breath and wait a bit.
The more pressing thing is, that no more events should be started until EVERYTHING is restored and FIXED. And we should not be under constant pressure to achieve something within a given time, when the site doesn't run and makes us sit here for hours in which we get virtually nothing achieved.
And the Credit Gift Card is NOT a reimbursement for any loss, it is only an apology and compensation for the trouble. Like we often kindly get unlike on other pet sites, who give a shit about their (paying) users and don't restore anything lost due their fault (talking about a whole account with legacy stuff), don't even communicate!
The situation is not nice, but it is not the end of the world, they are working on restoring everything!
I haven't even been able to see any of the items in my wardrobe since the new wardrobe has started. Was able to change to a saved outfit yesterday but it wouldn't show me any items and I wasn't even able to put on a mask for the Masquerade so I can't dance. I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO PUT ON MASK (I don't know how to do this now). HELP! I hope this doesn't mean all of my stuff over 7 years is gone. I hope you can figure out what's gone. Thanks
I don't appreciate you downplaying what I said. CWs have a sentiment to people who buy them. I have read 's post, which was posted after mine. I chose not to reply any further because it's a satisfactory reply and I do not wish to add more fuel to the fire. I am willing to wait to see how staff is going to handle this.

Rely on 'account search' instead of actively searching the wardrobe, it isn't always showing accurate info there :)

"The Report Form will be open indefinitely, so you can take your time reporting what you've lost. If it is too much to list at once, you can start with the items you're missing most. We do encourage people to start by listing more expensive items and CWs so we can restore the most valuable items first."

Any chance that users who kept offsite records of their wardrobes can send them in?
I've written a userscript to export the list of items from the SubetaLodge wardrobe checklist, so I can provide that in whatever format (and it should be pretty plug-and-play, so other people could too).
It seems like it would be easier for you guys to check for missing items on Subeta's end than for us to do it on ours. I'm planning just to automate it, but that's not an option for everyone... I'd hate to try it manually, and I know there are people with much larger wardrobes than mine.
So if I&;m getting this straight, we are getting both 1k csc AND the items we lost in the span of 4 months that were deleted? Or am I missing something here because others are making it sound like we won&;t be getting those items back and if we aren&;t that&;s really fucking not okay because my partner who owns over 300 cw&;s informed me of some she lost that were gifts I bought her and those were easily over 1k csc value. While i&;m finally happy that we got an update over the situation, it was almost 18 hours past the original adminpost and many people are still really upset that it took a long time for even one staff member to address concerns for the community.
People are getting their items back, the 1k csc is a "Sorry, we fucked up!" bonus from staff.

i hope this gets resolved as promised. for me personally, acknowledging the overarching issue with people (hopefully temporarily) losing what they spent real money on, the biggest issue is that i continue to invest on this site regularly and i don't use cw's. at this point i wonder if it'd all be better spent right to 's paypal because i feel like (almost) nobody else cares anymore about what happens. especially the owner but that's been true for a looong time.
This could take a eternity to look and remember everything I had in there.....and I may not even be aware that something's missing at this point. Should I just not worry about it or should I have someone check/is there a easy way to check?

I am sorry this is happening. Unfortunately I am a mobile user i have no idea what i could be missing. Once there is a linked list i can check mine but i just have no idea. On top of that the old wardrobe wont load and the new on is a mess on mobile I can not help.
I simply used your comment as convenient sum up of what many have voiced here - and started writing before Bug's new post. I don't understand the CW sentiment part. Everyone will get them back!
There's no "easy" way to check, per se. If you had any CWs or remember particularly favored or expensive items, (favorite outfit, collections items, things like that) I would say check for those using Account Search. Staff have said that they will be returning as many items as possible to everyone, regardless of whether or not they sent in a report!
I love you Bug but I don't want to see YOU replying to this. I want to see Keith being the leader he should be instead of making vague snarky posts without making news posts and then yeeting himself into the wind so that he doesn't have to answer any of the hard questions. Regardless of whether or not it is possible to restore lost cws (which I'm assuming and hoping it is), we shouldn't have to worry about the monetary investments we've made into our accounts being in jeopardy during what is SUPPOSED to be a fun holiday the entire site looks forward to...honestly, we shouldn't have to worry about it at all. Custom wears might just be "data" but I used my real money to pay for that data, and no matter what happens, I'm going to be upset if something jeopardizes that just like I would any of my tangible belongings that I also paid real money for (not to mention with covid-19, like many other users, I am severely struggling and stressed already due to unemployment). has been amazing, but Keith clearly doesn't care about this site or how he treats this userbase.
