As a general note I updated semicolon's page with information from the new staff posts yesterday, for anyone who doesn't want to read through all the past pages. ❤️
No set time frame atm, just reassurance that this is still an ongoing effort to fix everything. I think due to the nature and scale of this issue it would be hard to give a time frame and might only be shooting themselves in the foot trying to do so.
yep! Bug mentioned it ">here.
I hope I can speak for some when I say I genuinely appreciate the professionalism of the Subeta Team during this strange, unforeseen incident. The fact that you will allow us to report missing items indefinitely is monumental to those of us who have very large wardrobes. It puts me at ease to know that we are in good hands and the future of our Subeta play is secure. Thank you for your tenacity and carefulness! ❤
Thank you for not making it negative to put a report in. There are two items I'm pretty sure I have but I also am me and question everything I think so I worry it's not that I had them and saw them all the time but more that I just constantly ran into them elsewhere.
I filed for a couple more items that I'm pretty sure I had in my wardrobe but was stressing over being 100% sure I had them. It was one of those scenarios where you question yourself over it. I'm happy you mentioned we don't have to be 100% sure but only just mostly sure that we had those items.
There are 4 CWs on my owned list that I can't account for. It's possible I sold them and just don't remember, but for the most part I was able to go through old threads and stuff to figure out what I sold. Should I report those even though I'm unsure? I feel fairly confident that if they were in my account as of the November backup that I should still have them since I doubt I would forget selling them that recently. And if they weren't in there then, I guess I did just forget selling them.
I just don't want to waste anyone's time, or to look like I'm trying to get extra CWs.

Note to everybody still missing any items they know of: It seems to help, if you DO send the missing items form. I did not, because I only knew of one item, which seems almost everybody missed and its worth is hilarious: Acorn Out of interest, how far restoration had progressed, I kept checking, if it had found it's way into my wardrobe. Since it never came back, I did send the report and only now the Acorn is back.
Thanks for working so hard on this! If we know that we're missing items that were lost in the glitch, but they aren't hard to replace, do you mind if we just repurchase them from user shops, or would you rather that we use the form to get a better idea of the extent of the users affected and the like?
I worded my initial question poorly and that's on me. I more meant any official confirmation or comment as to the extent of items that were missing for only some. I know there is the user-created/run spreadsheet, but I'm looking for information from Subeta's end.
I'm trying to figure out how intensely I need to go through my entire wardrobe, since it was said we would not need to do that at all, but relying on Subeta's restoration provided me with less than half of the items I owned just on the confirmed deleted list.
I'm trying to figure out why the automatic restoration was so lacking to many.
This turned out to be extremely untrue for some of us, could you give us any insight as to why?
Haven't logged in for over a couple of months now. The whole site has been a mess since the beginning of the year and I was hoping things would have gotten better by now that we are almost halfway through the year. Did an account search on a couple items I know I had in my old wardrobe to see if this has been resolved and I see it still has not. I am still missing all my wardrobe items that were deleted.
I filled out the report too, just noticed that I'm missing some items. I wasn't online much lately...
Hi! So I was gone all spring and just came back to find out about the craziness with items being deleted from our wardrobes. The form for seeing what items have been restored is highly inaccurate and I was not sure how to handle that. I have found four types of errors so far:
2. There are items that I did own that are listed as having been returned to me that are not in my wardrobe. This is of course my greatest concern. Do I report them again?
There are items that I never owned that are listed as having been returned to me that are not in my wardrobe.
There are items that I never owned that are listed as having been returned to me and they are in my wardrobe.
Hey everyone - We're going to lock this thread up now. We've done the best that we can programatically to get the items back, based on all of the inputs that we had.
Since the last time we were able to do this automatically, we've been manually replacing items as issues come in. So I'm going to lock this thread, and request that if you have missing items remaining to use the form and if you have any problems with the form to create a ticket.
Thanks everyone!
