i am currently ~11520 out of 13872 items. i will finish today most likely. Phew. Copypasting this from the other thread, so people can look through their own and see what they're missing. i know a lot of people were missing things off my first list as well.

Do we still have the option to view all items on Subeta via the wardrobe? That's the only way I would be able to check my CW list based off that.

Honestly, the fact that no one monitored the backups doesn't really surprise me. The CS front page went for almost 6 months without someone checking to make sure it was working correctly.

Honestly I've noticed a lot of items I thought I had not being in my wardrobe, but I have such a terrible memory I just assumed I was wrong and rebought anything I've noticed. Didn't even dawn on me that there was a larger problem. I'm very que sera sera about it though simply because any time I put money in the site I remind myself it's for something that I will never touch and that could some day disappear since websites don't exactly live forever. I really hope it can all get figured out, but I have so many things in my wardrobe I will never know if/what is missing lol I account searched some of the items mentioned and yeah some of them I found spare copies in my shops, some were still in my wardrobe, and some aren't anywhere and I just have no idea. Like I said earlier, I really hope something clicks and it can be solved with the least stress possible. Thank you to everyone with a good memory who can help compile what's missing. The entire situation is outrageous. I typically make sure to be here for events like Survival and Masquerade, but I haven't been able to participate at all in the latter because I could not see any of my items AND all of my Face layer items are gone. Just gone. I have been collecting wardrobe items since it was rolled out and I have no way of knowing what was in there and what still is. I am not going to go through the rest of the layers as it is currently pointless to do so until the images are fixed.

Stop rolling things out until they're COMPLETE and TESTED. Especially during an event like this, when a huge swath of your userbase is going to make a reappearance and wind up impacted.

I'm thankful that you guys found a rollback, even if it was 4 months ago. I'm thankful I was not actively adding to my wardrobe in that time, so I'm not liable to be missing a bunch of stuff that you can't re-add. 1000 CSC for those who were? Is not going to cut it. At all.

I read the initial forum post that a user had to link to. If you guys feel so little about making sure that a backup is running because "you haven't needed it", then return the ability to your users to download a backup of their account, especially if you're going to put the responsibility on them. I get that we're totally supposed to take it at face value that you're going to do it going forward, but I have to say... my faith is not restored in y'all.

I do want to say a huge thank you to Bug, because he's cleaned up SO. MANY. of the sites mistakes, and I know he's hard at work on this one.

great idea! If they make a list of items known to be missing, it'd make it easier for us. Not sure if it's possible to get that data, but even if it's not, a list could be arranged with the items multiple users claim to be missing! (Constantly updated, with daily separation, maybe -- like everyday having a different list of items discovered to be missing, alphabetically ordered)

I full-hardheartedly agree. I don't know what I had and what was deleted if I was affected. I'm leaving it up to THEM to figure this mess out

Wow, what a strange (and unfortunate) glitch! I’m glad you guys are looking into it and trying to fix it now, though. Hopefully everyone who lost their stuff can get it back. ;__;

I’m going to have to check if any of my things were affected. It doesn’t look like I lost anything important (my favorite backgrounds, lifelike Chai dolls, and my Beary Long Doll are still intact), but I also don’t remember everything that was in my wardrobe.

There are two items I'm sure I'm missing but some I'm not so sure about.... and that's just the CW section. I have no idea what's missing SP items wise...

I think we’re venting now because our real lives are so scary & upsetting. I hope we can please be patient. Over time it will get resolved. I am ignoring the wardrobe for now since I can’t get it to work for me anyway. I am going to do pet battles & training, dance and quest. :D

Ten dollars worth of CSC isn't enough. That didn't even cover the two cws I lost at slot price. This bug and the handling of it could've been avoided if all the data are saved consistently and frequently. I am lucky to lose only 2 cws which are still obtainable through shops, but I read in the previous thread that many others had lost items that are no longer obtainable and possibly paid over slot price. The handling of this by the owner is unacceptable and it made me think twice about putting any more money (from commissioning CWs or buying csc) into subeta. The users are banding together to put a list of missing items together when the owner should be doing this when he made the announcement, which he didn't even ping for. It is not fair to us to figure out what items are we missing when we have thousands of wearables in our wardrobe and stress about losing hard to get items because of something we can't control. It is not fair to us to find out about a big glitch through hidden forum posts. Like many others, I was directed by friends and the ping groups I was in. Own up to your mistakes. As I said before, don't make your players pay for your mistakes.

I sincerely hope you guys will find a way to recover these lost items. Though the announcement may seem promising, I don't have high hopes for this from the past screw-ups this site had due to negligence.

Augh, I have 25k+ official wearables plus nearly 500 CWs in my wardrobe... guess I'll wait a few weeks before trying to tackle this XP

Can we get an exact date for the last backup? My SL list is very outdated (my on site items show more and I know I added more). It'll help me check into event items, specials etc I may be missing, but I know I won't be able to find them all so hopefully with the quest data (my other source) you'll be able to fulfill from that end.

This is dreadful, especially considering the new wardrobe is very hit-or-miss if it even wants to work for me. I'm going to try and get it up and go check on my CWs, since I know I've bought a number of those in the last month and they are perhaps the most valuable things in my wardrobe. Everything else? I really have no way to double check, I have way too many things stuffed in there. I'll just have to hope others know their wardrobes better than me and can figure it all out. Honestly, it might be easier to try and get everyone who removed something from their wardrobe in the last month to step forward with what they pulled out.

I know mistakes happen and some bugs can't be figured out until something goes live but... Really? And no backup for months...? I love you guys who keep this site running but this one is an utter mess.
