Crith isn't THAT hard. It's just that the battles are so long when you first go up against him -- it's a pain to battle for dozens of rounds and then lose by a hair. I think there are tougher lvl 30 foes.

Took Danil through the Morostide bunch today. He's not quite t9 yet and I'm very proud of him managing to max Umbrus despite having very little AP and using fairly garbage weapons. As a reward he gets the single tome he won, which added to the exp from these guys leaves him at 225 short of t9.

Not going to bother with the littles, next one down can't beat Umbrus and the rest of the opponents aren't worth the time.

I got a fair way into the fight - double blasted and got my Mecha buff set up, then used Hook Swords and Syringe (I think) But the tidal waves do too much damage to me to sustain the fight for long :P [sup]also crits... the crits were nasty xD[/sup]

Yeah, they don't give anything past 10, 5 is usually the special loot drop for event challengers.

Worked for everything except Devora... she's a tad difficult without a light block I got close to a win a couple of times but no joy yet [sup]I couldn't even scratch her before though! Progress![/sup]

[edit] Done with him, it's taught me the spider isn't worth bothering with but the rest are. Time for Numair, and then Danil. Not sure either of them can do much against Mirror Ghoul or Devora, but we'll see. I should probably throw some littles at Torchbearer at the very least to try and get more amulets, but eh, effort.

Splurged 3k csc on a dark goddess rod and tried Devora again;

Didn't know Tarrant had the stats to manage this, even with good weapons, super happy with his progress now :) We can try for Rouland next year haha
