was the human zapper always no time gate on it? I just held refresh and got 95% of the skins for 3K WTs

The human zapper is supposed to have a timer. It looks like a big whoops there!

He starts dropping EoR past win 25 though theres a chance he will give you a 1 point wizard token instead.
