How long has FR been around? :O Yeah they definitely need to change some things up, but I have faith that they will eventually update/change some things! I love that game too! But I don't have time to sit there and play it like I would like :( If we could have unlimited dragons I would most likely end up keeping all the dragons I've hatched XD And I'd buy so many. Luckily we do have the option to expand, along with our Dens. I kind of hate having my dragons sleeping though D:

Wow, I'm not usually a huge fan of Butterfly or Smoke but they both come together so well and look great on him! Ew saving up for gem genes though, that's a tough one. I think I'd just slap that scry on my dragon's page and be like, yep, gonna get around to this eventually, look how nice he's going to be someday. X'D

I didn't know how long FR has existed but google says it was launched on June 8th, 2013...so it's older than I thought, but still a lot newer than Subeta. I'm pretty sure registration was closed/limited during much of that time though; I think it was only somewhat recently that it opened up fully.

The worst thing about the hibernal den to me is that we can't interact with our familiars when they're in there. But I do appreciate that we have a less expensive dragon overflow area because I sure do have too many dergs and not enough treasure haha.

Happy Wednesday everyone! First thing is first, I have a question to ask you all. The item: Breed Change: Nocturne -- Now when you use that on a dragon, does it leave the genes that are already on the dragon or does it reset it back to basic when it changes into the Nocturne? & Second I have some minty green beauties that are UFA if anyone is interested :3

yep, the genes stay the same as long as those same genes exist for the breed your changing to. I checked, but if you have a breed change scroll you can go in your inventory and see a preview of how your dragon(s) will look after.

I have so many projects now (mostly first-gens) I don't even know how to prioritize them, so mostly they just get scries and then I dress them up so much that I'm not even sure I'll ever feel the need to get around to buying the genes for some of them. A lot of them look pretty good to me with just apparel. I guess I will have those plans for them indefinitely though. I'm so excited about the glowy baby you sent me though that I spiffed her up right away (goodbye, all my saved gems haha).

I wish that too, interacting with all the familiars takes so long (ok, it's really only like 2-3 minutes when my computer is behaving but it feels like forever). But I know that's the kind of suggestion that would always be shot down because yOu'Re sUpPoSeD tO hAvE tO wOrK fOr iT, same as collecting our pets' income here. But at least here, I can save all the links to the income pages in my sidebar notepad and snaplink 'em all at once.

I think FR probably is the site you're thinking of. I remember hearing about registration being open from time to time in the past, but I never felt like messing with it. The limited registration seemed like some weird kind of elitism that turned me off (which is too bad because now I wish I had joined sooner).

Thank you! It's not too different from dressing up an avatar here but it does require an extra step if you're creating the dragon too (using the scrying workshop, then saving it as a morphology to import into the dressing room) and it's a little clunkier than our wardrobe here, but at least there are fewer items to sort through.

I would love your 58454932 dragon, the second one...assuming UFA means going to a good home.

But if they raised the treasure that you get from the familiars up, then maybe I wouldn't be dreading to interact with my familiars XD A lot of the time I just don't even do it because it's so annoying. I had a friend on here who wanted me to join at one point when they opened up their registration but I didn't. Man, wishing I had. I would probably actually have some treasure saved up by now LOL! But I agree, it's a tad weird that they did that for a while. Maybe it was just until they got the site the way they wanted it before fully opening it.
