...a pet site with a dedicated forum at its core and a lot of direct player interaction built in. If people are going off-site because Subeta's social features aren't sufficient, that could cut into things like ad revenue, so isn't wrong to compare them.

That said, there's no way Subeta has the resources to recreate all of Discord's features over here so that's probably a pipe dream.

forum at its core for some users. I have never considered a forum to be the core of a site unless it's basically only a forum and nothing else. There's a lot to do on this site that isn't a forum and a shoutbox. Social features are important, but Discord is in the same category as Skype, not Subeta.

Well construction in real life takes a while, so congrats on the realism of the tea hut.

There's a road north of the city I live in that has had traffic cones on it for 3 years, but I've never seen any actual work being done over there.

The only thing I can think of is being able to like avatars on other parts of the site. Like maybe on the user hovers? Thanks so much for all the hard work you guys put in. I've been on subeta for many years and its come so far, and we have the amazing staff to thank for that!

Getting in on the discord bit that's been discussed - I think people are using it more than Subeta for a lot of reasons, but a big one that's been discussed is that the forums here are too restrictive. There's no 18+ section like some other sites have, so people looking to discuss those things go to a Subeta discord server with such a section. We aren't allowed to discuss politics and religion, so people find groups that talk about Subeta but also allow such discussion as long as it doesn't get out of hand and they aren't afraid to act and use some banhammers when it does. And as much as I love Subeta, sometimes there's negative feedback to be given but I feel like every time there's any at all most players are met with hostility from other users and sometimes even staff so they just stop trying. A discord server where you're allowed to openly complain about those things and find other supportive people who think the same but have the same fears of airing them on-site is where someone is going to go, in that circumstance.

By restricting our topics, not trusting the users here to self-regulate to some degree, and doing nothing about the hostile atmosphere around negative site feedback the staff are pretty much guaranteeing that people are going to turn to other platforms to get those. tumblr blogs, contacting one another through Skype, discord servers; no matter the platform, it all comes back to the fact that in most cases they function as a way to talk about things we aren't allowed to on here for one reason or another in addition to Subeta as a whole.

Also for the purposes of organization lists need to be standardized across the site. If items staring with 'cute' come after items with 'cutesy' in my inventory then they should not come before those items when I move them to a shop or vault, for example. Not sure if that's an actual example, it's just one that comes to mind but I do know there is some discrepancy between some parts that's been discussed elsewhere (probably in feedback or suggestions) and it would be nice to have that sorted out finally as well.

• Locks in the wardrobe: I don't want things locked to specific layers like the top or bottom (a lot of my avatar tricks involve weird layering choices for effect), but I'd like the ability to lock an item to the avatar so I have to unlock it to remove it. That way, I wouldn't accidentally have to hunt down my ears or tats if I accidentally click them when I'm actually trying to change eye makeup, wig, etc.

• An "undo" button for the wardrobe, so you can add something back if you accidentally remove it from an avatar without having to go hunt it down.

Since when I’m on, I’m usually in the wardrobe, I totally second this idea.

Also some battle achievments? I remember throughout the years we've been asked twice to come up with ideas for new battle achievements, but none ever got added. I would love to see some creative new battle achievements, like "Win a battle (opponent x) while being frozen" or "Steal all of your opponents weapons" or "Defeat General Error with sporks only".

Quick stocking items into a shop category. Or being able to change the category of multiple items in the shop at once. Basically just not having to individually click each drop down menu.

I had a pet rejected for spotlight and got the nice event notification that spelled out the reasons (love this!...not sure when it was implemented, but it’s so helpful). Only problem is that i accidentally deleted the event and I won’t have the time to dedicate to that pet for at least another month, so I’ll for sure have forgotten what I was supposed to fix by then. Any chance we could have it also show up somewhere that’s saved for us to reference back to?

I know you said you wouldn't answer anything about the tea house, but the only reason I'm annoyed about the delay is that it's pushing back the garden revamp and lower west side map, and it looks like you don't want to go back on your promise from the votes and release those two first anyway. So I'm wondering if you plan to release all three at once so when the tea house is finally done, we won't be left waiting for the other two much longer?

My main focus on Subeta: the wardrobe and my HA group. So I second Cathii's idea about removing items out of the wardrobe directly and also a color search. Categories for saving HAs into would be great, too. Also would be a key word search for saved HAs very helpful. Additional drawers would be a lot of help, too. When playing for some years, you still have a lot if items in each drawers with "only" 50. Which sounds a lot at first yet when you order after item category and color, it's not so much.

For my group, I would love some more subcatgories for better organizing.

I'd like to see a shopping cart at the Battle Shop. That way it would be easier to verify what items and how many before the actual purchase (like the Cash Shop). This may resolve the issue I'm having getting double charged for Frozen Froths. There is an open Ticket I submitted for this last November 2018.

A feature I really liked that seems to have gone away is the (Remove One) option when searching my account for an item to easily remove it while doing a quest or other activity. I noticed it is no longer a thing in the last couple weeks. And I made sure it wasn’t just a browser issue (tested on Chrome and Safari). Would love to see it back again!

I'm not saying they are the same at all. I'm simply stating that a lot of subeta users use it as a side-hub for subeta centered chat, games, contests, commerce, and CW related things.

I know that discord is primarily a platform utilized by gamers of all sorts. I simply pointed out a few features that would be cool (though impossible) if we could somehow have them on suebta. ^.^ Pipe dreams are good, right? Gotta have some dreams to think about. <3

That one actually should be coming back in a few weeks. It was mentioned in one of the bug report threads, there was an issue with the feature I think causing it to not recognize the correct number of items in shops and galleries or something. So it will hopefully be brought back once that gets looked into.
