I mean, I literally threw a bunch of shit onto my HA until it finally worked. I had to ask which items specifically triggered it xD

Kinda disappointed that win 75 did not drop a tome like it does with all other medium challengers who drop loot. I wonder if it was just overlooked?

I did make sure I had not double clicked, I got the usual win page saying 75 wins but only got exp and no tome.

Yay, kind of nice to have an easy to unlock one after the past couple of challengers. I'm interested to see what her fear will end up being, or at least how it will manifest into a challenger for us to fight (because it seems pretty obvious that it will be related to the passing of time/the future).

Is this to be expected for new challengers from now on?

I'm pretty sure the last time this happened it was indeed an error, pretty sure it was Esmeralda not dropping loot past 10 wins. Hopefully it can be fixed for future battles.

I do remember that, but it's pretty weird that it's happened three times in a row this time and is just isolated to tomes.

Plus ten wins each from each of my main battle pets on Som.

Wow y'all got Som unlocked fast, nice! :) I kinda wonder why that makes her mad though hmmm.

If you read the descriptions of the loot , it seems like if her candles ever ran out, she'd disappear. And time decays candles so :P

I've beaten Som 11 times so far...if she's not giving out amulets or tomes, I may wait and see if it's a bug or not...

That was an oversight. It was supposed to drop a tome, but was set to drop 0 items instead of 1! That has been fixed (on both Evil Morty and Som).

I hate the FAQ section in the battle guide, I feel like there might still be some commonly asked questions that I've never addressed. Or at least I don't know if I've hit all the major ones, as I'm busy offline throughout the day and rarely look at the forums anymore. It's also really wordy, and I hate being overly wordy (like I'm doing right now, bad habit)

So to everyone, think back to when you started out and what questions you may have had that might be helpful to address in the guide for new battlers.

hey, so can you order pets in the training center? snagged a new pet today but he's gone and upended by training regime and my OCD/ASD is like "Hm. No."

The new pet is down on the order where I want him in the actual pet section but aaavghffjf if you can't change the order i'm gonna be Grumpy.
