Woo, new loot! I won't really be around tonight either though, so I'll have to see if anyone's unlocked it by tomorrow.
I'm curious about what the unlock will be also, especially because...

We don't really know a whole lot about this person. They don't even have a Subetapedia entry, so really the only thing we have to go on is the haiku description in their shop:

She seems to not like talking about the future, living for the here and now. Always brings the conversation back to you. She doesn't like talking about herself at least not about anything beyond that very moment.
Something to do with time, plans.... hmmm perhaps she can see the future and the less she's reminded of it the better... but forcing her to talk about what has yet to come might set her off. SO how does one set her off then.

Wonder if trying to predict the future or use items that are meant to guess things might work... dunno... hmm
I bet you need to restock something from her shop greater than rarity x

Trying time items, stuff that distracts us.... not really sure.
Well her shop doesn't really act like the other shops though? All the items are there year round. Unless you just mean buy an item costing over a certain amount?
It's a permanent stock so they're all the same rarity (105).

Her shop is a lot of Chinese cultural items, so I tried visiting her with a Chinese Fortune God Doll and I tried giving it to a pet to play with, but nothing happened (though the pet was 10/10 happiness, so the item wasn't used up).

So far we've had:
Maybel -Delete a minion Esmeralda -Wearing gaudy clothing/clutter Bubbles -Visiting shop with specific item Johannes -Pawning/buying a musical item (I forgot exactly but eh bare with me plz) Gunter -Have X amount of pets with 0hp then visit him Batista -Win at his game with an item of unlucky properties in your inventory Mathis -Lose battles on purpose while your pet has a dead-like minion attached Olivette -Visit her without a face Lukien -Spam visit him X amount of days.
SO ,,,, I'm guessing those variants are now off the table on this one.
I love how everyone went with time...when I saw the items I was like "What if they're afraid of the dark?" lol
So I pulled up the Subetapedia guide to Shengui Guo and I feel that last paragraph in the People section may have a big clue - Som looks to be a spirit, so maybe we need to dig up her past as a human? Or something with the future of Shengui Guo as its becoming more and more popular to tourists... idk.

What about predicting Shengui Guo in Nightgazer? Won't know what the future holds til it happens, so I tried that? Won't know til tomorrow though.

Yeah, this is about all I got from the news post: she doesn't like talking about herself, her history, or future plans; prefers talking about you, likes poetry/haikus, and prefers living in the present.
Someone mentioned she may be a spirit and recommended trying zombie-related things.
Don't know if anyone tried those yet but
Visited her with a bunch of 201* items in my inventory - at once and then one by one, year by year.
Also tried visiting with different active pets - from oldest to newest (created in '08, adopted '10 / '18) because I just can't think of anything
Oh yeah, also tried having stuff from all holidays.
