So about 5 days of visiting. I think that's roughly the same as getting a Scootle to trust ya enough to adopt it. Is Lukien a fan of Scootles perhaps? LOL

I wonder if it's five separate days or over the course of 120 hours.

I went back into battles today with all the seasonal challengers!

I have a few questions, hope someone around here can help ^^

1. Does Captain Fishbreath Jacques, King of the Seas drop IMP tokens?
2. What is Captain Fishbreath Jacques, King of the Seas' 5th win loot?
3. Which weapons are recommended to beat Captain Fishbreath Jacques, King of the Seas? 4 Unrelated to Keel Hauliday challengers, does anyone know how to unlock the guy from Apocalyptic Apothecary (Lukien?) as a challenger?

I updated my spreadsheet today, just need to add in the info from Jacques, the total sP/EXP rewarded from his fights, and unlocking this month's Friendly Friday challenger XD

Hey, when did Trusty Blades defense element change from dark to magma? Cause hovering over it still shows it blocking dark, but in use, it actually blocks magma.

It scales based on your pets' strength. Each strength tier blocks a different icon type, source.

it’s a really stupid scaling weapon. It changes what it blocks based on your stats.

Kinda like the opposite of what you would expect from a trusty blade lol

Ahhh.....never noticed that before. Makes it interesting, though I don't see why one would purposely hinder their pet's Strength stat for a certain element. Would be better if it switched around elements at random, albeit with less defense to compensate.

Yeah, it's pretty bad. A shame, cause I'd rather trade in the chance of a 75 block of one element, for maybe 35 of two elements. One being Dark or something, and the other element constantly flipping through the others like water, earth, magma and light.

Lukien was broken and just fixed on Thursday (the 20th) so we've had to start all over again. But, as you can see from Amber's post at the top of the page, we'll likely unlock him either tomorrow or Tuesday :P

I just died against Jacques lol.. probably need more stats to beat him, but I haven't BQed in months now. hopefully I'll get back into the swing of things soon... I've been feeling kinda bleh about Subeta so I haven't done pretty much anything but dailies :P

Yeah, Captain Jacques is a tough one, and the stealing and freezing don't help 😔

I know what you mean, I've kind of hit a lull and haven't been questing lately. But holiday season is sort of kicking off so hopefully our interest will pique again soon :P

I am hoping the same! Plus I'm on the process of moving, so I haven't done much, but I have tried to do at least Carl quests to get some new items lol

I think it's just as long as you go each actual day (not 24 hour)? don't quote me on that
