Ministry has confined us for 2 more weeks social distancing and online teaching, I am fond of the second. :-) I hope you are all well and safe, sending out love and aloha to all of you! <3

I'm doing well, how are you? The extended quarantine for Germany makes sense, although I know many people are disappointed about all the festivals and celebrations over the summer that are being cancelled because of the ban on large gatherings until August 31st. Still, we must do everything we can to stop this! I hope you're not too busy with your nursing?

I am yet I have some more spare time now since I don't have to drive to school and back which gives me 2 more hours almost every day.

I am stuck at home this month without pay, although technically I still have my job. That gave me lots of time for the event we just had, though. Since it pays quite a bit better than most in my field, I will just have to wait it out. Good news, my grown daughter got the virus, but came through safely. Also, I came back negative for the virus, so I am no longer self-quarantined, just stuck with the stay at home social distancing. So all in all, I am actually very thankful for things right now.

I am glad your daughter recovered so well and you are out of the loop now. ^-^ Are there no support programs which can fit financially? <3

No. I actually fit in this tiny exception to the normal employee rules, since my pay is funded by the government medicaid program in the united states. No sick pay or vacation pay, no overtime, no unemployment should I ever be fired, but the job fits me perfectly.

I am so sorry! I have half of the pro, too. We have a bit of a support program for tiny firms here yet since my teaching and my naturopathic practice is 50:50 , they say I can't apply for it.

Hey hey! I hope you're doing well. c: How have you been? I've been home for exactly a month, as I got quite ill (with very similar symptoms but a negative test for covid-19, so who knows) then. Fortunately I can still work via telepractice (for both speech pathology and tutoring work!), although I've (hopefully temporarily) lost about 50% of my clients as many aren't keen for various reasons. Also fortunately, that doesn't affect my pay too negatively as I get a reasonable minimum daily rate, but am paid a percentage if I make more than that. Which I'm nowhere near atm, haha.

Ah, perhaps the test was too early, they are often negative then. Hope you got through it already, we all have to go through it one day.... ^-^

Yes, I have 50 % of loss, too. Yet others are even more bad during this times so I am still content.

Ah, I’m sorry to hear that, but glad that you still have the rest! Yes, a lot of people have been affected very badly. :c I’m hoping our governments pull through and offer enough support to those who need it.

Hello and thanks for saying hi and asking how everybody is doing. I've been on disability for a long time and I don't spend much time away from home, as it is. Therefore I'm somewhat used to a quiet life. However, I DO like to get out and walk regularly and when I do I often notice neighbors in my apt complex who are not observing safe social distancing protocol. This disturbs me and tends to trigger PTSD. Regardless, I'm grateful for everything I have, including my brother who is in home support for me, as well as many phone mtgs and good friends. Subeta has always been a good place to hang out and be with people as well.

We're now officially closed for the remainder of the school year here, so that means about 6 more weeks of online teaching. I just wish I could find a routine that works. How are you doing?

Oh wow! I teach online since 4 weeks and for minimum 2 more. I like it. :-) We are using ZOOM.

- We're using Zoom as well, but it's so hard to hold a music class, so I've opted to just make recorded video lessons instead. It also frees up my time a bit more to help my daughter with her school work. I'm glad that you are enjoying it and feeling successful!

Ah, I ca see that in this special case! With anatomy, physiology and pathology, it is really easy, like normal lessons!

hello, I hope everyone is holding up.

I had the rare opportunity to get to a park in another neighborhood. It was beautiful weather in the evening, and my brother and I took a walk and saw lots of ppl. I was surprised that nobody was wearing a mask, but I had my homemade one on.

Since the stay home order, I have seen so many families riding bikes together and people in the park behind my house. They all stay away from others. I love seeing families bond like that. So that is one good side effect of the virus.

Outfit Not Found Added a fun outfit including non-owned items, lol. All ulalena's fault, because I was trying to find the rabbit she is wearing in the wardrobe, lol.
