Oops, must've missed the notification for your ping! Sorry about that.
If there's ways, then I don't know of any non-fishy ones. The only thing I can think of is to either make a side-account (which isn't allowed, as far as I know) or trust another user with your millions (which I don't because I'm paranoid like that). And no problemo! What kind of soup are you making? Talking about eating, it's getting on dinner-time here. So if I suddenly disappear, it's because I'm eating xD
-cough- forum groups -cough-
French onion xD Had to carmelize onions for like 30 minutes before putting them in the slow cooker.. now my apartment smells amazing!
I see xD It's something I'll have to check out after I get all the other quest achievements out of the way then :P
Oooh, that sounds very lovely! How long do you have to put it in the slow cooker for? I'm assuming it's a very long time. I just had dim sum for dinner, which smelled really good as well!
It sits in the cooker for about 7 hours! I put it in around 11:30.
Wow, that's really really slow. Why does it take so long though? Does it just simmer for 7 hours? Since I can't imagine anything tasting like much anymore, if you're actually cooking it for 7 hours xD
Just having the flavors meld longer makes it taste better I suppose!
Quentin just rewarded me with an acid apothecary bottle, then asked for it back with the next quest. Silly indecisive demon-person :P
I don't own a slow cooker, so I wouldn't know, sadly enough.
lol, does seem silly :P I've had a couple of quests where one NPC would give an item as a reward and another one would ask it for their quest, but I've never had the one NPC doing that.
Yeah, but I'm not going to be putting something on the stove for 7 hours xD That and I can't cook. I can wok and I can bake, but cooking is beyond me.
Haha well on the stove I'd only cook it for like an hour xP I can't bake at alllll! I was thinking of making some banana bread tonight though.. have extra bananas that are going bad.
Still way too much opportunity for it to boil over, imo xD I haven't baked bread yet, but I do make cookies, brownies and cakes :3 You can always make milkshakes out of them! Just add a banana, 250ml milk and 2 to 3 ice cubes in a blender. Voila, easy milk shake!
I make bread a lot.. but just in my bread maker.. so I'm pretty sure that's cheating as far as a baker is concerned! Oooooo. That actually sounds amazing. Might do that as a dessert tonight xD
Oh, that must be very handy! You could also make chocolate banana pancakes. Make pancake batter, cut up the bananas in thin slices and cut up your chocolate in small pieces (or use candy melts, which I always do). Then put batter in your pan, wait a bit, then add banana slices + chocolate. Then add more batter. Then wait a bit longer and flip it over! The trick is to make the slices thin enough that it doesn't weigh your pancake down too much and thick enough so that you can still taste it.
OR add the sliced banana them to a peanut butter sandwich.
Mmmm, all these options.
It's super handy. Put all the ingredients in.. press on.. 4 hours later.. BREAD! Lol so many options! I have some bananas in the freezer already (I toss them in there when they go brown) and generally use them in banana bread or muffins.
So you don't have to do any prep? Just throw the ingredients in? Sound super super handy then!
I've never had banana bread or muffins, but then again I don't like fruit in oven-baked goods xD
Yep.. no prep necessary! ... You've never had banana bread?! YOU MUST MAKE SOME.
I'm not sure if I'd like it. I'm not a super huge fan of bread, tbh, and if I have to eat it then I prefer it white xD
Fair enough. And I'm with you. I don't like the texture of cooked fruits -shudders-
