Congratulations on finishing all the pirates and boppers (and, I assume, the TBT challengers too). Wish I could say the same. But I'm getting close - just need two more wins on Angrybeard with 81 if I can figure out a way to stay alive without full blockers, and then, hopefully, five wins on Rita with Tos. Usually I finish off the harder challengers first, but with so many appearing on top of each other, I decided to make sure the easy stuff didn't get forgotten in the chaos. :-)

Yeah I finished the TBT challengers. I got 5 wins on vintage prodigy and Rita with Oranos so I am just gonna stop there. Not worth racking up all the losses for more wins and he's getting BQs this month anyway.

Heh, good to know ;D I see your point, but you said the battle already last 50 turns, so using those FF you'd have to be very strategic in using them. idk, when I fought him the battles didn't last 50 turns, and fire was never much a problem. You could try using a ME + Cronus, I think that actually did the trick on for me.

The battle basically hinges on what you can blast, ideally 1 bluud wand + 1 might flex. Heck blasting two might flex' and letting your cronus boost you enough to crit could swing it too

I was probably the only person annoyed when they added all the scrolls to the bottom of the screen lol, but I have 237 scrolls in my library, and more in the vault.

Someone needs to sell me another 5 Strong stomp scrolls though :(, and someone bought a bunch of the cheap shriek of despair after I bought 3 of them for 36mil each. I was going to buy another 10ish if someone didn't go through and buy them all up to 70mil. I'm hoping SOD and morosbane's crash again in October. I'm only going to buy morosbane if they drop below 5mil though, I don't have a bunch of tiny pets with 150AP to justify owning 10 of them.

Ya I have access to all the best tools, I think I need a small booster session to put me over the edge. Unfortunately Mage amulets are expensive atm, so I probably need to track down someone with a small hoard to buy. If I could find a hoard of 300-500 stats of reasonably priced defense boosters I would go for it, but nothing is cost effective compared to mage amulets, even with the currently inflated mage amulet prices.

Here's to SOD dropping some below 20 again so I can pick up another 7 or so for my set.

I just did the math on a bunch of boosters, people really overbuy the shinwa boosters to crazy degrees.

With mage amulets at 400K (which they rarely are) tomes should be 2.8mil, and since tomes give 2 INT, you can subtract 1.6mil off the top, meaning you are getting an average of 8 stats for 1mil or about 125K per stat.

That means most of the +1 STR and + 1 DEF ect stat boosters should be 250K max, and they are going for like 450K, its insane.

I hope I can win some damn shriek scrolls this year. Three years without a single drop....I have two pets that can get wins this year so I hope that's good enough. Morosbane didn't drop last year so I am not sure what the status is of that scroll. How much did you grab the strong stomps for? I was also looking at getting a couple more depending on the price, but I haven't seen many people selling them.

A little under 60mil each if I remember correctly.

Not the end of the world if I don't pick up more morosbane.

Not bad at all on the price. Yeah morosbane is one of those scrolls that are nice for smaller pets but do no favors for stronger pets. I think I have only used mine once. I equip gotf to my little ones instead haha.

Thanks! I'm really happy to finally have them! I think I got all elements covered now with godlies or semi-godlies, except ice. The Syringe and unstable faerie scroll will have to be sufficient for now.

I am going to make some progress in getting caught up on battles today... I hate when I battle the big blue ball of frustration and only get 250 exp for it! lol

I'm always more impressed by the battlers who save up as many stat boosters as possible over a period of time, and then use them all up to see how much their pet will be boosted. To me that requires greater restraint, so those are fun to see.

Only time I sit there and buy CSC to resell is when I decide to buy a weapon out of the MC. I try to earn sPs the normal way first, but when I really want a weapon (usually during a plot), I'll drop money for it. But I'm such a money hoarder irl that I rarely do that.

I guess my next big purchase will have to be the Ether... I un-cuted myself a bit that puffy neck thing itches. XD

I have been hoarding all boosters (except speed) since I first hit T12. I have been saving them for T13. I will let you know how many I end up using and the stat gain.
