- Yeah, I'm being lazy and using my T6 set. I was trying to get my T6s to 10 wins on the old throw backs. I failed. But hey, now I can see if they can beat the golem.

I am assuming you are trying to get the wins with shadealuda? You should definitely be able to get wins on all the opponents you've mentioned. Not sure how many on the castle since I still haven't tried myself :/ I can lend you the Cronus blade to beat meatslab, just let me know what other weapons you need to beat the others.
Ah can't wait until I get home to fight the new challengers!!
This new Battle UI is wonderful, and Mel got some wins on the Throwback Challengers. I haven't been on much here for a while but Mel is still in the top 200 so I'm pleased.

8 wins so far on Llindorm with Oranos. Going to take a break and wait until I have a little more stats for the last two wins. 10 losses, 7 of which came from trying to get win 9

- that's okay - I wasn't really shopping for healing potions, just checking out your tip! :-) I'm sure you'll make good use of all the ones you bought.
Any suggestions about beating the new TBT challengers? Special weapons, tactics? I'm assuming they're too hard for Gulp and 81, but I'm wondering whether I should be trying with Tharg (T8 - stats about 1265, balanced) I know Oranos is T9 now, but if Tharg has a realistic change for five wins, I should probably at least give it a try.
Wondering, in particular, if I need to try and borrow some or for these.
Wait, between Reviver and Soma which one have you got in your set? :) I've always thought you have Soma and not Reviver XD.
Golem is actually a T4 challenger. with the right scrolls and set a high T3 might get one or two wins, but at T4 you'll be able to use two full blocks (STS and Negating P.) which will make the difference and make battling easier. I'm not sure if this can be of any help, but by win 4 he damages for ~200 per turn (without any block on our part). His speed is low, so he can't crit. His weapons are mostly T1-T3, his only T5 weapon hits only as hard as a T3 so it doesn't make much of a difference (except for its block). I'm sure Gulp and Tharg can get wins in, and Tharg can easily get to 10 wins.
Llindorm is more like a T10 challenger, but T9 pets with the right weapons and scrolls can get wins. I used different strategies from 's, but I'm actually dying to know what she brought into battle :P . As for me I changed tactics a lot between wins 1-4 and win 5. For win 1-4 my approach was no blast + chain freeze. For win 5 I switched to double blast + chain freeze. Now that mentioned it, I can see why stealing is an excellent strategy which didn't occur to me to try out.

At some point between battles 2-4 I think I finally replaced the Beanstalk Whip with the Ultimaplus Tag
For battle 5, change of tactic so:
I can lend you any item in this set, including Soma and the Truth Serum. I guess you can use Truth Serum to steal Frostbite Amulet from him, so you can save the slot for the Amulet for something else more useful.
If you need both challengers' weapon info, just let me know :D .

This has been my set and I am sticking with it even though I have essentially hit a brick wall, lol
His obsidian glove has a chance to steal. Definitely the best things to steal from him are his harder hitting weapons like the obsidian glove and the hydragellos lost tooth. The tooth also has a blessing that will block everything except physical, making my shield useless. If I steal the frostbite amulet, I use it from time to time in order to try and chain freeze him. Scrolls are 2 cobalt, 1 perilous whirlpool, gotf and aftershocks.
- Oranos definitely tries to be his big bro T-T Depending on what you blast, I think you can get more wins. I may switch back to soma and see if that helps, but taking away two of his gloves or a glove and lost tooth puts me in pretty good shape.

FWIW, I have all three weapons and almost always use soma over TS. I will almost always take the blast over the steal. At T13, I still use soma. There are too many foes who steal, and RotL can be used by them to heal back up. I hate when that happens.
